★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma camisa e veio com defeito de fabricaçao, levei ate a loja para ser avaliada e o que aconteceu foi uma total falta de respeito e consideração pelo o cliente. Me informaram que tinham enviado para Fortaleza, porem fui na loja comprar outra camisa e vi a minha com defeito em cima do balcão, sendo que a gerente tinha dito que a camisa tinha sido enviada para Fortaleza para analise. E com sua própria decisão e opnião, sem analise alguma, me informou que o defeito foi ocasionado por mim. Simplesmente perderam um cliente!! E creio que não só a mim, pois não indico mais para ninguém! UM DESCASO COM O CLIENTE.
I bought a shirt and it came with a manufacturing defect, I took it to the store to be evaluated and what happened was a total lack of respect and consideration for the customer. They informed me that they had sent it to Fortaleza, but I went to the store to buy another shirt and I saw mine with a defect on the counter, and the manager had said that the shirt had been sent to Fortaleza for analysis. And with his own decision and opinion, without any analysis, he informed me that the defect was caused by me. They simply lost a customer !! And I believe that it’s not just me, because I don’t recommend it to anyone else! A RETREAT WITH THE CUSTOMER.
