★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, os operadores fazem pouco caso dos clientes e motoristas.
O atendimento é horrível, nunca estão com o telefone bom, nunca vi uma empresa de atendimento não ter um telefone decente, sempre estão em manutenção de alguma coisa.
Simplesmente não recomendo nem ao meu pior inimigo.
São super mal educados com os motoristas, mas na hora de cobrar sabem rapidinho.
 Terribly, operators pay little attention to customers and drivers.
The service is horrible, they never have a good phone, I never saw a service company not having a decent phone, they are always in maintenance of something.
I just don't recommend it to my worst enemy.
They are super rude to the drivers, but when it comes time to collect they know quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, péssimo é pouco. Pior gerenciadora de riscos que encontrei em dez anos de motorista. Mais de uma hora ligando e ninguém atende. Isso que liguei ate para um número de celular que me passaram.
Horrible, terrible is not enough. Worst risk manager I've encountered in ten years as a driver. More than an hour calling and no one answers. That's what I even called a cell phone number they gave me.

Já essa gerenciadora pessima todo vez que é preciso fazer análises de perfil eles me bloquear não passa minha ficha me prejudicando por causa de um processo que já prescreveu ah mais de 20 anos!!! Vou processar vocês!!!!!
I work with opentec pancard brasilrisk buonny apisul agv and others and I never had any problems!! But this manager is terrible, every time I need to do profile analysis they block me, they don't pass on my file harming me because of a process that has already been prescribed for over 20 years!!! I will sue you!!!!!

Paulo Cesar França Leite, que acredito que deve ter sido criado por um primata pela tremenda falta de educação, chegando a falar para um dos nossos colaboradores que se não esta satisfeito procure outra empresa, estaremos divulgando a postura desse cidadão em todas as redes sociais!!
Totally disappointed, our company uses SKYMARK / RODOBENS for risk management and we are served by MR. Paulo Cesar França Leite, who I believe must have been raised by a primate due to the tremendous lack of education, even telling one of our employees that if he is not satisfied, look for another company, we will be sharing this citizen's attitude on all social networks! !
