★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horroso. Primeiro pra conseguir marcar algum exame demora muito. Telefone sempre ocupado ou ninguém atende.
Atendentes sem vontade de trabalhar, que não explicam nada direito.
Sua chance de ficar esperando horas ou voltar porque ninguém te avisou que o pedido tem que ser o ORIGINAL assinado pelo médico (isso porque estamos em tempo de pandemia).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu relato é de acordo com a minha experiência e percepção, fui bem tratado e meu exame transcorreu na mais perfeita ordem. As instalações estavam boas, limpas, só o chuveiro que não saía água quente, porém não acho nada demais. O exame foi realizado tranquilamente e fui auxiliado por uma funcionária sempre que necessário. Recebi todas as orientações antes de realizar o exame por WhatsApp e dentro do possível foram bem claras. Foi uma experiência bem prática, não teve luxo, foram funcionais e diretos.

The exam was carried out smoothly and I was assisted by an employee whenever necessary. Informei que ela era pensionista e da Marinha ao fazer o agendamento e no dia da consulta ao chegar na clínica fui informada que ela não poderia ser atendida pois existe uma validade para o encaminhamento de 1 mês que não me foi informado no momento da marcação do exame . No papel em letras miúdas existia a informação, mas acredito que a clínica sabendo desta condição deveria ter me avisado. Me desloquei de longe com uma idosa de 83 anos , gastamos com Uber e voltamos ,para não ser atendida e ainda soube na hora que já era a segunda paciente a acontecer isso por falta de informação. Não volto nunca mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha nota só não é 5 estrelas pq por ser uma clinica para avaliar o sono, poderia ser mais acolhedora e aconchegante, não precisa ser um hotel 5 estrelas. Mas, as instalações poderia ter uma reforma no mínimo!
Atendimento poderia ser mais acolhedor, as recepcionista são práticas, as técnicas umas são gentis outras são extremamente práticas (para não falar grossas). Estou dando nota 4, pois meus exames não deram nenhuma alteração, se tivessem dado provavelmente nem avaliaria! O quarto é 2 por 2, tem um ar barulhento abessa, uma tv bem pequena q pega pouquíssimos canais abertos. Roupa de cama limpinhas, ? todos os locais bem limpinhos! Agora atendimento deixou um pouco a desejar!
My rating is not 5 stars because it is a clinic to assess sleep, it could be more welcoming and cozy, it doesn't have to be a 5 star hotel. But, the facilities could use a makeover at the very least!
Service could be more welcoming, the receptionists are practical, the techniques some are kind and others are extremely practical (not to mention rude). I'm giving it a 4, because my exams didn't show any changes, if they had, I probably wouldn't even evaluate! The room is 2 by 2, has a noisy abessa air, a very small tv that picks up very few open channels. Clean bedding, ? all the places very clean! Now service left a little to be desired!
