★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial é bom, mas por telefone demora muito e a gravação diz que o horário de atendimento é de 07:30 as 18:30 de segunda a sexta feira, mas as 18:15 já não atende mais o telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone é muito ruim, eu era a terceira chamada a ser atendida, mas fiquei quase uma hora pra tentar ser atendido, e no momento que parecia que ia ser atendido a ligação foi encerrada por eles, me seu muita raiva desta empresa com péssimo atendimento telefônico. Isto aconteceu no dia 07/11/21.
Telephone service is very bad, I was the third call to be answered, but I took almost an hour to try to be answered, and just as it seemed I was going to be answered, the call was ended by them, I'm very angry at this company with terrible telephonic service. This happened on 11/07/21.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito satisfeito com a clínica. Atendimento para marcação via whatsapp super fácil. Atendimento na recepção bem tranquilo e ágil. Atendimento dos dois profissionais nos exames de raio X foi ótimo, exame bem conduzido, profissionais bem educados. Clínica bem organizada e limpa, profissional da limpeza também muito educada ao interagir com clientes. O dia que fui (05/01/22) estava com poucos clientes, não sei se influenciou. Recomento!
I am very satisfied with the clinic. Service for appointment via whatsapp super easy. Service at the reception very calm and agile. Attendance of the two professionals in the X-ray exams was great, exam well conducted, professionals well educated. Well-organized and clean clinic, cleaning professional also very polite when interacting with clients. The day I went (05/01/22) I had few clients, I don't know if it influenced me. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Você marca o horário e pedem pra chegar com 20 minutos de antecedência. Meu exame estava marcado para 14 horas, já são 14:25 e eu cheguei 20 pras duas e ainda estou na recepção. Se vc quer passa raiva, vem aqui.
Horrible. You make an appointment and ask to arrive 20 minutes in advance. My exam was scheduled for 2 pm, it's already 2:25 pm and I arrived at 2:00 pm and I'm still at the reception. If you want to be angry, come here.

O radiologista Júlio está de parabéns pelo atendimento, atenção, dedicação no que faz e muito educado. Super profissional. Recomendo pra todos. E ainda aceita Ipsemg. Showwwwww! Muito satisfeito! I went today (02/10/22) to the clinic and was impressed with the service: grade 1000. Very clean and organized clinic. The radiologist Júlio is to be congratulated for the service, attention, dedication to what he does and very polite. Super professional. I recommend it to everyone. And it still accepts Ipsemg. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, as atendentes da unidade Venda Nova não saem do celular, te atendem querendo te dispensar para poder voltar para o celular, uma má vontade que dá gosto, além do mais, preciso pegar minhas imagens no modo DICOM e não consigo, passei a manhã de sábado toda esperando e não mandaram, uma má vontade enorme. Estou dando uma estrela porque não tem jeito de dar menos10. Não fazem o mínimo pelo paciente, não mostram o mínimo de boa vontade. Estou muito insatisfeito....
Terrible service, the attendants at the Venda Nova unit don't leave their cell phones, they serve you wanting to dismiss you so they can go back to the cell phone, an ill will that makes me happy, besides, I need to get my images in DICOM mode and I can't, I started to Saturday morning all waiting and not sent, a huge ill will. I'm giving it one star because there's no way to give it less10. They don't do the least for the patient, they don't show the least bit of goodwill. I am very dissatisfied....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Somente uma atendente. Ela disse q iria me atender em 15 minutos e passou uma senhora q estava com a filha na minha frente. Não indico a ninguém essa clínica. Não sei se foi hoje meu dia de azar por ser sábado, se é sempre assim ou se foi somente nesta unidade de venda nova. Hoje não gostei. Tem q atender quem chegou primeiro ou por senha. Respeito em primeiro lugar. Atendente muito educada, mas passou outra pessoa na minha frente q chegou uns 10 minutos depois de mim e ainda foi atendida primeiro. Muito sem noção.
Terrible. Only one attendant. She said she would see me in 15 minutes and a lady passed by who was with her daughter in front of me. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I don't know if today was my unlucky day because it was Saturday, if it's always like this or if it was only in this new sales unit. I didn't like it today. You have to answer whoever arrived first or by password. Respect first. Very polite attendant, but another person passed in front of me who arrived about 10 minutes after me and was still served first. Very clueless.
