★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro com vazamento e lá foi verificado q era no radiador. Atendimento rápido, mas o preço é bem alto, quando fui retirar meu carro paguei no caixa q é no fundo da loja e nao tinha ninguém na oficina pra falar do serviço... o carro estava aberto e a chave no contato .... sai sem falar com ngm. E também encheram o reservatório com água comum... o q n achei legal, poderiam vender produtos pra esse fim ou pedir que o cliente levasse.

Fast service, but the price is very high, when I went to pick up my car I paid at the cashier at the back of the store and there was no one in the workshop to talk about the service ... the car was open and the key was in contact .... leaves without speaking to ngm. And they also filled the reservoir with plain water ... which I thought was cool, they could sell products for this purpose or ask the customer to take it.

Levei o carro para um serviço de radiador e ar-condicionado e, em relação ao segundo, houve um enorme desgaste, já que cobraram por um serviço que não resolveram. Levei em outro local e pedi que a SM me devolvesse o dinheiro, já que gastei novamente com serviço de mão-de-obra e gás. Eles me restituíram valor e finalizamos o assunto sem envolver justiça. Não aconselho!
Bad experience! I redo my previous comment! I took the car to a radiator and air conditioning service and, in relation to the second one, there was a huge wear and tear, as they charged for a service that they didn't solve. I took it elsewhere and asked SM to return the money to me, as I spent it again on labor and gas service. They restored me value and we closed the matter without involving justice. I don't advise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais irei nesse lugar, tive prejuízo de R$800,00, péssimo serviço, só eles colocaram fluido no meu carro e mesmo assim enferrujou tudo, sujou o sistema de arrefecimento, tive que trocar o radiador e a bomba dágua duas vezes. Não recomendo!
I will never go to that place again, I had a loss of R $ 800.00, terrible service, only they put fluid in my car and even so it rusted everything, soiled the cooling system, I had to change the radiator and the water pump twice. I do not recommend!
