★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei a realizar o serviço mas fui extremamente bem atendido. O mecânico viu o problema e de forma certeira deu o diagnóstico que não precisaria mexer na direção hidráulica. Ganharam muitos pontos comigo por essa transparência e sem enganação. Indicarei sempre!
I didn't get to perform the service but I was extremely well attended. The mechanic saw the problem and he certainly gave the diagnosis that he would not need to change the hydraulic direction. They won many points with me for this transparency and without deception. I will always indicate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui enganado por esta empresa Smac, troquei meu kit de embreagem em fevereiro 2020, durou até outubro de 2020 ou seja 8 meses apenas.. não serve nem pra ferro velho... não leve seu carro lá, pois vc corre o risco de perder suas peças originais, por peças usadas e velhas... não corra esse risco.. estou muito indignado, principalmente pelo valor caríssimo do serviço.. pra durar apenas 8 meses. Péssimo serviço.. eles pedem pro seu carro ficar lá de um dia pro outro.. vc já imagina o porque!!
I was deceived by this Smac company, I changed my clutch kit in February 2020, it lasted until October 2020 or 8 months only .. it doesn't even fit for scrap metal ... don't take your car there, as you risk losing its original parts, for used and old parts ... do not take that risk .. I am very indignant, mainly for the very expensive value of the service .. to last only 8 months. Lousy service .. they ask your car to stay there overnight ... you can imagine why !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesse post quero expor minha indignação por ter sido enganado... Não levem seu carro nessa oficina. Fui enganado... Aí está tudo explicado em imagens foto da prova que fui enganado... Infelizmente mesmo que eu vá buscar meus direitos e bem provável que por conta da pandemia e o tempo que tudo foi passando eu so me aborreça e não consiga muita coisa... Até para procurar o procon fica difícil pois so descobri que fui enganado 7 meses depois... Mesmo assim abram seus olhos para essas oficinas que te pedem para deixar o carro para pegar outro dia... Isso só gera margem para pilantragem.
Contudo estou em contato com advogado, que está tentando uma forma de ainda buscar o tribunal especial... Assim que o laudo técnico ficar pronto para anexar no processo. Eu sinceramente não tenho estômago para ir lá depois de tanto prejuízo, dói so de pensar... Se o dono for um cara digno DEVERIA ME DEVOLVER pelo menos 800 reais... Ja que os dias que não trabalhei ele jamais vai me pagar... Perdi um Natal e uma virada, so esses dois dias eu faturaria 2.000 reais... Não estou aqui com má intenção... Mas fui muito prejudicado pos essa empresa, que eu CONFIAVA E INDICAVA AMIGOS MOTORISTAS.
Possuo as notas e ordens rodas organizadas, para ninguém vim falar que é mentira. Até pq o grande prejudicado sou eu.

I honestly don't have the stomach to go there after so much damage, it hurts to think ... If the owner is a worthy guy, he SHOULD RETURN me at least 800 reais ... Since the days I didn't work he will never pay me. .. I missed a Christmas and a turnaround, just these two days I would earn 2,000 reais ... I am not here with bad intentions ... But I was really hurt by this company, which I TRUSTED AND INDICATED DRIVER FRIENDS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da oficina é ótimo os mecânicos muito atencioso e honesto, mas o rapaz que fica na recepção é exatamente péssimo, se fosse por ele não voltaria mas, como ele é um funcionário ruim, eu volto lá, quem sabe o proprietário enxergar isto e corrige o atendimento dele ou dar muitos treinamento para ele.
Service at the workshop is great, the mechanics are very attentive and honest, but the guy who stays at the reception is exactly terrible, if it were for him he wouldn't come back but, as he is a bad employee, I'll go back there, maybe the owner will see this and correct it. attending him or giving him a lot of training.
