A conexão de fibra é a primeira senão a única a alcançar algumas áreas rurais mais distantes, embora os planos ofereçam velocidade inferior a dos concorrentes pelo mesmo preço acredito que a estabilidade compense, ao utilizar outras empresas em escola e trabalho tive problemas neste sentido e durante 2 anos utilizando o plano de fibra somente um dia tive uma falta total de conexão.
Uma de minhas críticas antigas era acerca do atendimento online, atualmente ele conta com um software preciso, além da opção de falar com atende que é sempre bastante atencioso.

The fiber connection is the first if not the only one to reach some more distant rural areas, although the plans offer lower speed than competitors for the same price, I believe that the stability pays off, when using other companies at school and work I had problems in this regard and during 2 years using the fiber plan, only one day I had a total lack of connection.
One of my old criticisms was about the online service, currently it has accurate software, in addition to the option of talking to an attendant who is always very attentive.
