★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar incrível, muito bem cuidado, atendimento ótimo e o senhor Carlos e família são muito receptivos e cuidam muito bem dos animais.
Local com toda estrutura para atender família, mesmo em dias de muito sol e chuva, pois o trajeto é todo coberto e pavimentado, que atendede perfeitamente um bebê com carrinho.

A jarra de suco dizem que tem "1,8L" mas vem muita espuma e estava $42. NÃO COMPREM INGRESSOS ANTECIPADOS. (Aniversariante não paga e não fazem o estorno do dinheiro)
 Good experience, very nice place and animals well treated. Value charged per kilo of food is very high (on the day of the visit it was $80). The juice jug is said to be "1.8L" but it comes with a lot of foam and it was $42. DO NOT BUY EARLY TICKETS. (Birthday girl doesn't pay and they don't refund the money)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência com a proximidade com os animais foi a diferença. Poucos lugares proporciona isso para as crianças. Mas, pode melhorar. Não há Wi-Fi disponível para clientes, o custo da alimentação está elevado, dia de grande movimento, há fila para acessar o buffet. Poucos funcionário para organizar e limpar as mesas.
The experience with the proximity to the animals was the difference. Few places provide this for children. But, it can get better. There is no Wi-Fi available for customers, the cost of food is high, on a busy day, there is a line to access the buffet. Few employees to organize and clean the tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Smart Farm é uma fazendinha bem completa. Fica numa área bem grande dentro de um outlet. Com um estacionamento amplo e o restaurante Ranchito com temática country, buffet self-service e música ao vivo.
A visitação da fazendinha é organizada num sentido único, iniciando com a compra da ração específica se você quiser alimentar os animais. O percurso que dá acesso aos espaços é todo coberto permitindo a visitação da maior parte deles inclusive em dias chuvosos. Há dispensers com álcool gel ao longo do percurso e banheiros também.
A variedade dos animais é bem grande e os monitores ajudam o público na interação com animais.
Foi uma experiência muito boa que superou nossas expectativas.
Smart Farm is a very complete little farm. It is in a very large area inside an outlet. With ample parking and the country-themed Ranchito restaurant, self-service buffet and live music.
The visitation of the farm is organized in one way, starting with the purchase of specific feed if you want to feed the animals. The route that gives access to the spaces is completely covered, allowing the visitation of most of them even on rainy days. There are alcohol gel dispensers along the route and restrooms as well.
The variety of animals is very large and the monitors help the public in interacting with animals.
It was a very good experience that exceeded our expectations.

Os animais parecem ser muito bem tratados. No decorrer da visita pudemos observar placas bem discretas orientando evitar a proximidade com determinados animais devido ao risco de mordidas e coisas do gênero, porém não havia funcionários para que monitorassem isso.
O lugar tem organização ok e decoração bacana. Tem à disposição dos visitantes um buffet de comida atrativo, porém com fila gigantesca e valor exorbitante. Sugiro aos administradores outras opções de alimentação no local e aos visitantes sugiro não comerem na fazendinha…é, realmente, muito caro!!!!
Não é um lugar desagradável (longe disso!), mas é um lugar tão caro que a impressão que temos é de que pagamos até para respirar lá…
E se em contrapartida tivesse música agradável e banheiro limpo até valeria a pena, mas não é o caso. A música estava extremamente depressiva no dia em que fui (29/05/2022), os banheiros estavam em situação de calamidade…pareciam banheiros químicos de eventos gratuitos na rua de tão sujos, um verdadeiro horror!!!!!!
Além disso, o playground está em reforma…um lugar para crianças e sem playground, definitivamente, não combina.
Enfim, não é um lugar que eu voltarei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet has only 4 stores open, if you go there for the outlet, don't go, but the Smart Farm, it is a very good place for you to go with your kids, has some animals and you can feed them and the staff is very atencious and polite, me and my child really liked the place and we will come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and friendly place. We visited on Friday morning with kids and it was empty. One of the employees gave us a private tour and we fed animals. It felt like VIP tour.
Also, by surprise my wife's and my birthday fall during the month of visit, we got in for Free, paid only for 1 of 3 kids, due to age. Hence the excess budget we decided to eat lunch there. Food nice and affordable. Will definitely return, kids loved the little goat called Penelopy which walks around as a pet. Recommended!
