★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo negocio! empurram contrato de 3 meses e não cancelam, o vendedor faz omissão de varias informações na venda, depois querem cobrar todas as mensalidades mesmo sem resultado algum, negativam seu nome ! sugiro antes de fechar negocio verificar o site reclame aqui.
Bad business! they push a 3-month contract and do not cancel, the seller omits a lot of information in the sale, then they want to charge all monthly fees even without any result, negating their name! I suggest before closing deal check the website claim here.

Que é excelente!!!
Infelizmente o resultado e o profissionalismo fica muito a desejar.
Posso falar com toda certeza que é a segunda vez que tem a quebra de contrato com elas.
A primeira, eu perdoei e dei uma segunda chance, que também não fui feliz, as únicas coisas cumpridas foi a data de vencimento, pois nada mais Justo, contratei um serviço e 15 dias depois não tinha sido concluído.
E a Landing Page, que sinceramente foi boa ( deu muito trabalho também, pois os mesmos não queriam concluir e queriam fazer do jeito mais interessante para eles.)
Garantia 25 leads se eu investisse R$500 reais nas publicações, e como eu já estava insegura com o trabalho, resolver Colocar R$300 na esperança de ter no mínimo 5 leads.
Pois bem, 10 dias se passaram e nada de leads, o interessante é que após eu cobrar isso, eles disseram que marketing é assim mesmo, com erros e acertos ( se for para depender de erro e acerto, eu mesmo Faria o serviço) e com uma coincidência incrível, caiu um único leads no mesmo dia.
Mais de uma semana depois... Nada...
Só tenho resultado depois que cobro, surto após as justificativas sem anexo deles.

Faço uma pergunta a quem está lendo, no meu lugar o que vocês fariam?

Guaranteed 25 leads if I invested R $ 500 reais in publications, and as I was already unsure with the job, decide to put R $ 300 in the hope of having at least 5 leads.
Well, 10 days have passed and no leads, the interesting thing is that after I charge this, they said that marketing is like that, with mistakes and successes (if it is to depend on mistakes and successes, I would do the service myself) and with an incredible coincidence, a single lead fell on the same day.
More than a week later ... Nothing ...
I only have results after I charge, outbreak after the justifications without their attachment.

Quando é para fechar o contrato eles são super atenciosos, mas depois nunca mais respondem. Não façam negócio com eles.

When it comes to closing the contract they are super attentive, but then they never respond. Don't do business with them.

Serviço não entregue. Os leads contratados foram Google Ads. O próprio Rafael alimentava o site com leads falsos do Instagram.
Tenho um valor a ressarcir e o mesmo não devolve e está me dizendo que o Google não estorna o valor. Detalhe: a conta dele foi bloqueada pelo Google e o valor do meu investimento estava lá.
Não façam negócio!!!!
Complementando 14/04.... Explica publicamente os leads do Instagram. Sendo que fechamos uma campanha Google PME (conforme acordado).
Site = ok (em nenhum momento mencionei na reclamação anterior).
Estorno = Qual o prazo? Como vou aceitar algo que você sequer passou o prazo?
Deixa o prazo público, para que todos acompanhem.
Sobre as palavras que disse utilizei, por favor, coloca os prints para que todos vejam a forma de trabalho da Empresa Smart Midia.
Inclusive com as minhas respostas.

Service not delivered. The leads hired were Google Ads. Rafael himself fed the site with fake leads from Instagram.
I have an amount to refund and it doesn't return it and it's telling me that Google doesn't refund the amount. Detail: his account was blocked by Google and the value of my investment was there.
Do not do business!!!!
Complementing 04/14.... Publicly explains Instagram leads. We have closed a Google SME campaign (as agreed).
Site = ok (I never mentioned it in the previous complaint).
Chargeback = What is the deadline? How am I going to accept something that you haven't even passed the deadline?
Leave the deadline public, for everyone to follow.
