Sem escutar o pedido (aparentemente entendeu que era para trocar o controle do portão…) já disse que “não trabalha com este equipamento”. Quando expliquei que era para trocar as baterias CR2032 disse que não tem a chave Philips do tamanho correto para trocar… será que a conversa com duas amigas que estavam por ali o atrapalharam?…. Melhor escolher ou vigiar melhorar seus funcionários.

Without listening to the request (apparently he understood that it was to change the gate control…) he already said that “it does not work with this equipment”.
