★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, porém o serviço técnico é péssimo, meu aparelho entrou em contato com água e tive que realizar a troca da tela, quando recebi o aparelho de volta o técnico me disse que a câmera frontal, sensores e o auto falante de chamadas tinha parado de funcionar devido ao contato com água, isso já faz alguns messes, há alguns dias atrás fiz a compra de uma bateria nova para o mesmo, e resolvi fazer a substituição por conta própria, quando abri o dispositivo descobri que a tela não tinha cola alguma e o cabo flat que liga todos os componentes que pararam de funcionar citados anteriormente havia sido rasgado, e para não ter que arcar com a substituição desses componentes, colocou a culpa na água, nunca mais volto lá, e aconselho a quem ler esta crítica a fazer o mesmo.
Good service, but the technical service is terrible, my device came into contact with water and I had to change the screen, when I received the device back the technician told me that the front camera, sensors and the call speaker had stopped to work due to contact with water, it has been a few months, a few days ago I bought a new battery for it, and I decided to replace it myself, when I opened the device I found that the screen had no glue and the flat cable that connects all the components that stopped working mentioned above had been torn, and in order not to have to replace these components, you blamed the water, I never go back there, and I advise anyone reading this review to do the same.
