★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior operadora de internet que existe em toda a Caucaia, você paga R$ 109,90 por 500 mega e só recebe 89 mega, não mandam o boleto antes do vencimento, só enviam com até 10 dias de atraso para lucrar nas multas e taxas de atraso, péssima em tudo, do atendimento ao serviço de sinal, NÃO RECOMENDO A NIMGUEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet não tá lá essas coisas, pra assistir um simples vídeo não consigo, sem falar no PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, deveria ser uma falta de respeito quanto a gente que paga tão caro, por um serviço e fazem numa lerdeza, as pessoas que atendem pelo whatsapp faz uma demora, uma hora tão grande pra resolver algum problema com a conexão, ou qualquer outra coisa, a gente fica se chateando, tendo que ficar pendurada no cllr resolvendo um problema o que é o mais chato. Estou DECEPCIONADA.
Internet is not there these things, to watch a simple video I can't, not to mention the BAD SERVICE, it should be a lack of respect as people who pay so dearly, for a service and do it in a slow way, the people who attend through whatsapp do a delay, such a long time to solve a problem with the connection, or anything else, we get upset, having to hang on the cllr solving a problem, which is the most annoying. I am disappointed.

Just horrible, when it was hallink, a thousand wonders, but now that it's changed to Smart solutions, service is terrible, they don't help at all if you have any problems, I recommend it to anyone ?

Alguém tem que parar essa empresa que trabalha com a MENTIRA, QUE NAO TEM COMPROMISSO NENHUM COM O CLIENTE. SE NÃO RESOLVEREM O MEU PROBLEMA, VAI VIRAR EM UM PROBLEMA BEM MAIOR PQ EU NÃO VOU MEDIR ESFORÇOS PRA TACAR NA JUSTIÇA, JA QUE EU TENHO TODA A GRAVAÇÃO, TODOS OS PRINTS DAS CONVERSAS. Isso gente sem falar na mentira que prometem megas e megas de Internet e não é entregue nem 40% disso
