Condenou a bateria, depois disse que era a Bios, depois falou que era Mouse e teclado com defeito...
Enfim, não resolveu e devolveu o dinheiro pago.
Resolução...
Levei o computador em outro técnico e os mesmo regravou a BIOS resolvendo o problema.
Computador funcionando 100% e nao havia nenhum problema com teclado nem touchpad e muito menos na bateria.
Então acredito que a STI informática que agiu de má fé querendo empurrar problemas que nao haviam no meu notebook.
OBS: Era só regravar a BIOS Sr. Marcone!!

Anyway, it did not solve and returned the money paid.
Resolution...
I took the computer to another technician and it rewrote the BIOS resolving the problem.
Computer working 100% and there was no problem with any keyboard or touchpad, much less in the battery.
So I believe the computer STI that acted in bad faith wanting to push problems that were not in my notebook.
OBS: It was just rewriting the BIOS Mr. Marcone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento razoável, prazos para orçamento muito extensos, deixei um notebook para orçamento e posteriormente um reparo, demorou mais que o prazo estipulado(1 semana e 1 dia) e não recebi o orçamento do serviço. Muita demora para responder mensagens e telefones não atendem.. Frustrado com o pré-serviço ofertado!! No demais.. Não recomendo!!
Reasonable service, very long budget, I left a notebook for budget and later a repair, it took longer than the stipulated deadline (1 week and 1 day) and I did not receive the service budget. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não vá nessa espelunca onde vc é mal tratado, e Marcone me tratou com uma arrogância e ainda me chamou de horrível, eu nunca vi uma empresa falar isso ao cliente e ainda na cara dele. Fui mal tratado e não recomendo essa empresa pra ninguém, demoram nos prazos, sei que houve a pandemia durante o meu processo de atendimento, sei que o cliente nem toda vez tem razão mas não vou me calar, estou indignado como fui tratado, nem se fosse uma ajuda deveria ter esse tratamento e como ele falou vou procurar sim outra assistência, graças a Deus que tem outros empresas que prezam pela qualidade do serviço e do atendimento ao cliente.
Horrible, don't go to this joint where you are treated badly, and Marcone treated me with arrogance and even called me horrible, I never saw a company say that to the client and still in his face. I was treated badly and I don't recommend this company to anyone, they take their time, I know there was a pandemic during my service process, I know that the client is not always right but I won't shut up, I'm indignant at how I was treated, nor if if it was a help, I should have this treatment and as he said, I will look for other assistance, thank God that there are other companies that value the quality of service and customer service.

O tempo passou ... é verdade, mas a qualidade, honestidade e pontualidade dos serviços e produtos da Smart Técnicos Informática seguem firme e forte ! Parabéns ao proprietário, Sr. Marcone e toda a sua equipe altamente profissional.
I have been a Smart Técnicos Informática customer since 2014 and on 07/05/2021 I took my personal Acer notebook purchased new in August/2016, it was the 1st maintenance of the equipment for internal cleaning, purchase and installation with Smart of another comb. 4GB memory. Time has passed ... it's true, but the quality, honesty and punctuality of services and products from Smart Técnicos Informática remain firm and strong! Congratulations to the owner, Mr. Marcone and all his highly professional team.
