Enrolam, na manutenção prometem que ficará pronto em 40 min depois do pagamento falam que o aparelho terá que ficar de um dia para o outro com eles
Não aconselho fazer comprar ou manutenção do seu aparelho com eles
E estorno demora em torno de 5 dias para acontecer

 Employees don't know the value of the products (they were always for more)
They roll, in the maintenance promise that it will be ready in 40 min after payment they say that the device will have to stay with them overnight
I do not advise buying or maintaining your device with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A funcionária me vendeu produto sem a nota fiscal, alegando que o responsável pela emissão não estava presente.Disse para eu mandar meu CPF pelo whatsapp que no outro dia eu receberia a nota.Ja tem 3 dias que estou entrando em contato no zap e quem me responde é ela mesma e até agora não recebi a nota fiscal.Coisa simples de se fazer.
The employee sold me a product without an invoice, claiming that the person responsible for issuing it was not present. She told me to send my CPF by whatsapp that the other day I would receive the invoice. answer me is herself and so far I have not received the invoice. Simple thing to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai há pouco da loja e tive um péssimo atendimento. Vendedora extremamente mal humorada, gritando dizendo que clientes guardavam as capinhas no lugar errado e ela tinha que arrumar. Até gritou com outro funcionário dizendo que ele não era seu funcionário, mas ele tinha que arrumar as capinhas. Fiquei constrangida e nunca mais volto nessa loja.
I just left the store and had a terrible service. Extremely sulky saleswoman, shouting that customers kept the cases in the wrong place and she had to fix them. He even yelled at another employee saying he was not his employee, but he had to fix the cases. I was embarrassed and will never go back to that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, já fiz uma troca de fone 3 vezes. 300$ da Xiaomi. O fone já está ruim e não tem nem 2 meses de uso. Me arrependo profundamente de ter gasto o meu dinheiro nisso.
As pessoas que trabalha lá, são educados e o atendimento também, porém a qualidade do produto deixa de desejar.
Horrible, I've done a phone change 3 times. 300$ from Xiaomi. The phone is already bad and it hasn't even been used for 2 months. I deeply regret spending my money on this.
The people who work there are polite and so is the service, but the quality of the product is no longer desired.
