â â â â â Deixei meu telefone com a tenda quebrada e funcionando, apos a troca da tela ele nĂŁo funcionava e nĂŁo emitia som algum, voltei com o celular e quando ele foi retirar a cola que estava em excesso trincou a tela. Ficaram de trocar e me devolver com uma pelĂcula, solicitei a troca da tela, nesse perĂodo em que aguardava a nova tela chegar, minha tela quebrou mais um pouco, porĂ©m o telefone continuava a funcionar, deixei com eles para fazerem a troca e por confiança meu telefone ficou uns dias, quando fui retirar nĂŁo havia trocado a tela e me disse que a bateria estava estufada, minha bateria entrou perfeita durava um dia e meio,fiquei muito chateada e disse que nĂŁo queria trocar a bateria, sendo assim me entregou o telefone quebrado e sem nem ligar. NĂŁo recomendo. Fiquei no prejuĂzo.

â â â â â Levei meu moto Z2 play para trocar a bateria, mas me avisaram que havia um risco de quebrar a tela no procedimento. Como vĂĄrias outras lojas me falaram do mesmo risco, fui em frente. De fato acabou quebrando a tela, e eles me ofereceram uma nova. Comprei a nova, que deu defeito (culpa do fabricante), e eles se dispuseram a comprar outra e instalar sem custo extra pra mim. Foram muito profissionais, recomendo!

I bought the new one, which was defective (manufacturer's fault), and they were willing to buy another one and install it at no extra cost to me. They were very professional, I recommend!
