Um absurdo uma gráfica não ter um scanner/impressora descente
Tive que pagar pelo serviço que não serviu de nada pra mim.
The quality of the scan and copy is terrible
You can't rely on more serious work where you need the original quality. The colors in my images disappeared along with details, almost black and white.
It is absurd that a printer does not have a decent scanner / printer
I had to pay for the service that was of no use to me.

Compramos uma fonte nova, mas não fomos informados de que a fonte nova era chaveada (a anterior era automática), e ela nos foi entregue com 110v na chave. Resultado: A fonte nova queimou imediatamente. Retornamos à loja e o proprietário, além de alegar que foi "mau uso do equipamento", não fez absolutamente nada em relação ao técnico que não nos passou quaisquer informações ou observações. Depois de discutirmos, conseguimos ser ressarcidos. Levamos o PC em outro técnico, e agora descobrimos que o um dos HDs teve sua placa quebrada, por mau manuseio. O HD em questão estava funcionando perfeitamente até o envio do PC à Smart Net.
We took the computer and it was identified that the source was burned. We bought a new power supply, but we were not informed that the new power supply was switched (the previous one was automatic), and it was delivered to us with 110v on the switch. Result: The new font burned immediately. We returned to the store and the owner, in addition to claiming that it was "misuse of the equipment", did absolutely nothing in relation to the technician who did not give us any information or observations. After arguing, we were able to get reimbursed. We took the PC to another technician, and now we find that one of the hard drives had its card broken, due to bad handling. The HD in question was working perfectly until sending the PC to Smart Net.
