★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que preciso ir no Cras fazendinha me sinto desanimada . Atendimento da recepção é muito humilhante , ainda bem que as assistente social São super atenciosa .
Every time I need to go to Cras Fazendinha I feel discouraged. Reception service is very humiliating, thankfully the social workers are super helpful.

Very rude staff , they do not provide good service to the public it seems they are doing a favor .. they should be better selected ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários mal educado principalmente na recepção, dizem pra vc se manter atualizado pelos números de telefones mas os mesmos nunca são atendido toca até cair e se não só desligam mesmo. Preguiça de explicar uma coisa básica e as atendentes falam e te olham como se fossem superiores a você.
Horrível é pouco pra descrever esse lugar e o atendimento nele.
Poorly polite staff, especially at the reception, tell you to keep up to date with the phone numbers but they are never answered, it rings until it drops and if not, they just hang up. Too lazy to explain something basic and the attendants talk and look at you as if they were superior to you.
Horrible is not enough to describe this place and the service in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para saber quais os documentos necessários para fazer a homologação, uma atendente mal educada falou que para saber quais documentos teria que ir pessoalmente, um absurdo! Pq já não fala por telefone e a pessoa já vai com os documentos certos...
I called to find out which documents are needed to make the approval, a rude attendant said that to know which documents I would have to go in person, absurd! Because you don't talk on the phone anymore and the person already comes with the right documents...
