★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Nunca tive problemas com este lugar, porém na data de hj fiz um pedido de lanche que demorou mais de uma hora e meia e não entregam o lanche.... Mandei mensagem no WhatsApp perguntando sobre o pedido e nada de responderem.... Por fim pedi que fosse cancelado o pedido que pelo jeito nem feito foi e o atendente simplesmente respondeu um "ok" sem ao menos ter um respaldo...
Enfim perderam não só um cliente pois creio que amigos e familiares no irão consumir mais aí.
Terrible service! I've never had any problems with this place, but on today's date I ordered a snack that took more than an hour and a half and they didn't deliver the snack.... I sent a message on WhatsApp asking about the order and they didn't reply.... Finally I asked to cancel the order that apparently was not even done and the attendant simply replied "ok" without even having a backing...
Finally, they lost not only one customer, as I believe that friends and family will not consume any more there.

Não recomendo !
Sem falar que ainda cobra o sachê do ketchup se pega um pediforme 50 reais quer cobrar o sachê brincadeira e ainda bem que o pedido e eletrônico se fosse por ligação seria ruim.
Bad service, not once but other times, after he left Silvina neighborhood and went to Tiradentes he totally changed.
I do not recommend !
Not to mention that they still charge for the ketchup sachet if you take a pediform 50 reais you want to charge the sachet as a joke and it's a good thing the order is electronic if it was by call it would be bad.

Péssimo atendimento dos atendentes e não conseguem cumpri prazos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi a terceira vez que TENTEI fazer um pedido e mais uma vez foi uma tentativa FRUSTRADA.
Como em todas as vezes eu faço o pedido e no aplicativo dá como pedido aceito. Fico esperando por até 1h30 e simplesmente o pedido NUNCA CHEGA. Não dão uma satisfação, tento entrar em contato e o número que disponibilizam nunca é atendido, o número do WhatsApp a mesma coisa. Ou seja, totalmente frustrado. Infelizmente perderam um cliente. Amo hambúrguer e gosto muito de experimentar, e com toda certeza qualquer outra hamburgueria de São Bernardo é melhor que a de vocês.
Today was the third time I TRIED to place an order and once again it was a FRUSTRATED attempt.
As always, I place an order and the application says it is accepted. I keep waiting for up to 1h30 and the order NEVER ARRIVES. They don't give a satisfaction, I try to get in touch and the number they provide is never answered, the WhatsApp number the same thing. In other words, totally frustrated. Unfortunately they lost a customer. I love hamburgers and I really like to try them, and for sure any other hamburger place in São Bernardo is better than yours.

Sempre fui cliente de vocês! Mas é a última vez que compro! Um descaso total! Comprei três combos, vocês trocaram a batata e não avisaram, e mandaram as batatas encharcadas de óleo, dura, resto de batatas, fim do saco, torradas, que nem minha filha conseguiu comer, liguei para pedir um esclarecimento simplesmente falou que no dia seguinte iria passar para supervisor, informei lá seguinte frase: pela forma que me atendeu isso não vai dar em nada né ?! A mulher que me atendeu simplesmente disse: boa noite obrigada !!!
Descaso total NÃO COMPREM!!!
Qualidade ZERO, atendimento e empatia ZERO!!!
Inconformada.

I have always been your customer! But it's the last time I buy! A total disregard! I bought three combos, you changed the potato and didn't warn, and sent the potatoes soaked in oil, hard, leftover potatoes, end of the bag, toast, which even my daughter couldn't eat, I called to ask for clarification, she simply said that the next day I was going to pass it on to the supervisor, I reported the following sentence there: the way he treated me, it won't work, right?! The woman who answered me simply said: good night thank you!!!
