Infrastructure below expectations for a new building. Elevators that often stop, leaks, power outages, etc. Parking with poor working conditions for valets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só fui no cartório, mas parece ser um prédio legal. Muitas vagas de rua para estacionar na redondeza, entretanto poucas opções de alimentação no edifício.
I only went to the registry office, but it looks like a nice building. Plenty of street parking spaces nearby, however few food options in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho escritório lá. É um prédio novo e ainda tem algumas coisas para acertar. É o mais alto de Jundiaí e único com heliporto. Ainda tem salas disponíveis para vendas e aluguel.
I have an office there. It is a new building and still has some things to work out. It is the tallest in Jundiaí and the only one with a helipad. There are also rooms available for sales and rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é muito bonito, moderno, elevadores super confortáveis, mas a chegada e horrível o GPS nos joga pelo Jardim Ana Maria Que os moradores fecharam as ruas e não temos opção que nos aventurando para chegar dando uma volta enorme, sem estacionamento no local!!!
The building is very beautiful, modern, super comfortable elevators, but the arrival and horrible GPS plays for the Ana Maria Jardim What residents closed the streets and we have no option venturing in to get giving a huge turn, no parking on site! !!
