★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa empresa! Não comprem! O vendedor só responde antes da venda, depois não há nenhum suporte! Estamos esperando há quase dois meses a instalação e até agora não cavaram nem 1/3 da piscina. Nos deram um prazo de 30 dias UTEIS pra iniciar a instalação, no 29° apareceram duas pessoas pra fazer a escavação, mas trabalharam apenas 1 dia e meio, depois vieram apenas pegar as ferramentas pq disseram que iam fazer um trabalho em Trancoso e não sabiam quem ou quando retornariam pra retomar a escavação. Agora estamos com um buraco no meio do quintal com risco de acontecer um acidente. Abri reclamação no Reclame Aqui e percebi que várias pessoas tiveram problemas com essa empresa. Não cumprem o prazo de instalação e o atendimento é péssimo
Bad experience with this company! Do not buy! The seller only responds before the sale, after that there is no support! We've been waiting for almost two months for the installation and so far they haven't even dug 1/3 of the pool. They gave us a deadline of 30 BUSINESS days to start the installation, on the 29th two people showed up to do the excavation, but they only worked 1 and a half days, then they just came to get the tools because they said they were going to do a job in Trancoso and they didn't know who or when would return to resume the excavation. Now we have a hole in the middle of the yard with the risk of an accident happening. I opened a complaint on Reclame Aqui and realized that several people had problems with this company. They don't meet the deadline for installation and the service is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um péssimo serviço. Me entregaram uma piscina desnivelada, com o fundo cheio de ondulações, a bomba cheia de vazamentoos. Comprei uma lona e uma capa bolha p aquecer a água, me enviaram duas capas, sem a lona, n me entregaram nota fiscal de nada e nem garantia...procuramos resolver os diversos problemas e n obtivemos retorno .
A lousy service. I was given an uneven pool, with the bottom full of ripples, the pump full of leaks. I bought a tarp and a bubble cover to heat the water, they sent me two covers, without the tarp, they didn't give me an invoice for anything and no guarantee... we tried to solve the various problems and we didn't get a return.
