That phone never answers. The site's chat got worse. Total neglect with the customer. It was good, now it needs to improve a lot.

I don't recommend it to anyone! When you need their system it just lives out of thin air! ? phones only call, no one answers. TERRIBLE!

Bad service, whatsapp doesn't work, phone leaves you on the line and nobody answers and hangs up, I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!para marcar consulta e difícil, solicitei uma consulta com um cardiologista quando fui quem me atendeu foi um clínico que me derivou para marcar uma nova consulta com o cardiologista, existe isso???
Além da espera para ser atendido nas 02 consultas e o tempo entre uma e outra foram 15 dias . Com minha esposa igual tinha o ouvido entupido pediu consulta e foi derivada a um clínico que não fez nada só pediu que marque com um otorrino, ridículo!!!

In addition to the wait to be seen in the 02 consultations and the time between one and the other was 15 days. With my wife just as she had a clogged ear, she asked for an appointment and was referred to a clinician who did nothing but asked me to make an appointment with an ENT, ridiculous!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os canais de contato com a empresa são péssimos, apenas atendimento eletrônico sem a possibilidade de resolver um problema com um atendente (pessoa física) que possa resolver um problema de forma efetiva. Lamentável uma empresa que trabalha com saúde e vida não prestar esse tipo de assistência aos clientes. Hoje em especial os canais de atendimento e site estão fora do ar em Maceió, os hospitais tentam contato sem resposta e os clientes tão pouco. Inevitavelmente os clientes buscarão outros planos de saúde mais efetivos e com maior assistência.
The contact channels with the company are terrible, only electronic service without the possibility of solving a problem with an attendant (individual) who can solve a problem effectively. It is unfortunate that a company that works with health and life does not provide this type of assistance to customers. Today, in particular, the service channels and website are down in Maceió, hospitals try to contact with no response and neither do customers. Inevitably, customers will seek other, more effective and more assisted health plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIVEL. O vencimento do meu plano era 11 de cada mês. No dia 10 de fevereiro de 2022 cancelei o plano. Não havia nenhuma pendência, recebi a carta de cancelamento, MMMMMAAAAAASSSSS como as mensalidades eram no cartao de credito, ADIVINHEM .... na MÃO GRANDE descontaram mais um mês e eu ja estava cancelado. É um bando de larapios... e agora, nao consigo falar em nenhum numero de telefone.
HORRIBLE. My plan expired on the 11th of each month. On February 10, 2022 I canceled the plan. There was no pending, I received the cancellation letter, MMMMMAAAAAAASSSSS as the monthly fees were on the credit card, GUESS....the BIG HAND discounted another month and I was already cancelled. It's a bunch of thieves... and right now, I can't get any phone numbers.
