Agradeço a todos que relataram suas experiências, vou nem passar próximo a essa clinica.
I broke upper tooth 22, my dental plan covers a prosthesis that is not made of porcelain, so I'm going to make it private, I saw this clinic close to home, but thankfully I always research about companies and services before. I thank everyone who reported their experiences, I will not even go near this clinic.

Mas a dentista que me atendeu (dra. Ana Paula) foi perfeita!
Fui só fazer um provisório de uma jaqueta que havia caído. Mas tinha que desagastar o pino com o motorzinho,pois havia ficado o copinho da porcelana e eu tenho medo dentista... Fico tensa.
Ela teve a maior paciência... Ficou o tempo todo conversando comigo, e, às vezes, perguntava se estava tudo bem, se eu queria parar um pouquinho.
Ela foi maravilhosa!
Só não dou 5 estrelas, por causa do atendente.
I did not like one of the attendants. I talked to him and he pretended not to hear. Very rude!
But the dentist who attended me (Dr. Ana Paula) was perfect!
I just made a provisional jacket that had fallen. But I had to desagastar the pin with the little engine, as had been the porcelain cup and I'm afraid dentist ... I'm tense.
She had the most patience ... I was all the time talking to me, and sometimes wondered if it was OK if I wanted to stop a little bit.
She was wonderful!
Just do not give 5 stars, because of the attendant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é bem estruturado... Um bom lugar. Mas tive problemas com um dos profissionais que trabalha aí.
Na extração de dente siso. Como não sabia como era o procedimento achei que era normal, mas não era. Ele me deu atestado de um dia só. E eu trabalhava com vendas... Os pontos soltaram e quando voltava pra refazer ele era ignorante como se fosse culpa minha.
Ele chegou a dar pontos com a anestesia passando já, e falou que não dava pra outra pq já tinha começado o procedimento.
E depois tive problema pq eu paguei com o cartão de crédito todo o tratamento e pra arrancar 4 dentes do siso. Só arranquei 2 e fiz outras coisas.
A recepcionista falou que como não tinha feito tudo eu tinha um crédito lá com eles
Que eu poderia voltar lá pra fazer outra coisa ou usar esse crédito com alguém desde que eu fosse com a pessoa lá.
Depois de um tempo voltei lá com a minha mãe, pra usar esse crédito como parte do pagamento. Não achavam minha ficha, depois foi falar com o médico que me atendeu, ele veio até a recepção me olhou e voltou. Aí a moça voltou falando q na vdd eu saí devendo 50 reais.
Como eu saí devendo 50 reais se eu paguei o total no cartão de crédito?
E como eu saí devendo se nunca falaram nada.
Só do crédito que eu tinha pra usar.
Paguei o suposto débito de 50 reais e fui embora.
Nunca mais voltei lá
E sempre que posso falo pras pessoas. Não vai lá não. E conto o ocorrido.
The environment is well structured ... A good place. But I had problems with one of the professionals who works there.
In wisdom tooth extraction. As I didn't know what the procedure was like, I thought it was normal, but it wasn't. He gave me a one-day certificate. And I worked in sales ... The stitches dropped and when I came back to redo he was ignorant as if it were my fault.
He got to give points with the anesthesia already passing, and said that it was not possible for another one because the procedure had already started.
And then I had a problem because I paid with the credit card for all the treatment and to pull out 4 wisdom teeth. I only took 2 and did other things.
The receptionist said that as I had not done everything I had a credit there with them
That I could go back there to do something else or use that credit with someone as long as I went with the person there.
After a while I went back there with my mother, to use this credit as part of the payment. They didn't find my file, then I went to see the doctor who attended me, he came to the reception and looked at me and came back. Then the girl came back saying q in vdd I left owing 50 reais.
How did I owe 50 reais if I paid the total by credit card?
And how I owed if they never said anything.
Just the credit I had to use.
I paid the supposed debt of 50 reais and left.
I never went back there
And whenever I can I speak to people. Don't go there. And I tell you what happened.
