★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui nessa desgraça de lugar e os desgraçados me mandam diáriamente mensagem de texto pra confirmar consulta, mesmo eu já tendo ligado e implorado pra isso parar.
Estou levando para o lado pessoal e vou meter um processo nesses dresgraçados que me incomodam nas piores horas!
I never went to this place disgrace and the bastards send me a text message daily to confirm the appointment, even though I already called and begged for it to stop.
I'm taking it personally and I'm going to file a lawsuit on these bastards who bother me in the worst hours!

The doctors are great, what spoils is the service from the receptionists, they never answer the phone and receive us very badly, please improve the service!

Não gosto disso.. Se marca um horário tem que ter tolerância para atender no horário marcado....poxa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto do atendimento da pediatria, as coletas de exames são ótimas, algumas recepcionistas não atendem bem, assim como alguns médicos são ineficientes... Precisamos de eficiência no atendimento de forma geral, pois em ocasiões demoram nos atender. A saúde não pode esperar administração, então dê mais atenção a esse serviço, pois só vamos ao médico quando realmente precisamos... Ninguém vai porquê gosta ou porquê quer fazer hora ? e sim BB porquê precisa!
I like pediatric care, exam collections are great, some receptionists do not serve well, as well as some doctors are inefficient... We need efficiency in general care, as sometimes they take a long time to assist us. Health cannot wait for administration, so pay more attention to this service, as we only go to the doctor when we really need it... No one goes because they like it or because they want to take time ? but BB because they have to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma demora absurda para ser atendido, uma funcionária só pra atender consulta, vacina de covid e marcação de exames. Atendimento péssimo na recepção, nunca dão a informação correta e sempre estão de mal humor. Precisa melhorar mto no atendimento pois só vamos a local assim qdo realmente precisamos e não pq queremos . Algum médicos bons agora tem uns que deveria atender a própria família de tão estúpidos que são. Prefeito de uma passada lá e veja como tá o atendimento. Da próxima vez vou filmar o atendimento.
An absurd delay to be met, an employee just to meet query, covid vaccine and marking exams. terrible service at the front desk, they never give the right information and are always in a bad mood. Mto needs to improve the service for only let the site so qdo really need and not 'cause we want. Some doctors now have good ones should meet own family so stupid they are. Mayor of a last there and see how're the service. Next time I will shoot the service.
