Horrible service, I can never speak to a salesperson when I need to. The phone is unavailable almost every day except for the delay in responding to an email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com um atendimento horrível! pedi cancelamento de um serviço e ficaram me enrolando mais de um mês... tive que acionar o advogado para dar jeito! mesmo assim logo depois de cancelado me fizeram pagar mais um mês de assinatura! péssima empresa para fazer negócios!
Company with horrible service! I asked for the cancellation of a service and they kept me involved for over a month ... I had to call the lawyer to fix it! even then, after being canceled, I was paid another month of subscription! lousy company to do business with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, pedido efetuado Quarta (05/02), aprovado pelo financeiro (06/02), até o momento nada de emitir a NF, um produto digital (licença software), ninguém resolve nada no SAC, ninguém sabe quando vão emitir a NF, infelizmente é a única distribuidora que encontrei licença CorelDraw.
Terrible, order placed on Wednesday (02/05), approved by the financial officer (06/02), so far nothing to issue the NF, a digital product (software license), nobody solves anything at the SAC, nobody knows when they will issue the NF , unfortunately it is the only distributor that I found a CorelDraw license.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado!! O(a) vendedor(a) irá te informar que para pagamento a vista no cartão de crédito não tem nenhum acréscimo em comparação com o valor inicialmente oferecido (no boleto ou transferência).
Quando você fechar o pedido eles vão informar que há uma taxa de 3,45% a mais no valor.
Simplesmente frustrante.
Detalhe... irão de falar isso por telefone porém não vão assumir que fizeram isso.

When you close the order they will inform you that there is an extra 3.45% fee.
Simply frustrating.
Detail... they will talk about it over the phone but they won't assume they did it.
