★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não cumpre o prazo de entrega, e ainda pede que o cliente vá até a loja deles para pegar ítens que esqueceram de entregar, comprei muita coisa lá, os produtos são de qualidade mas a entrega deixa muito a desejar, fora que após a venda o canal de comunicação com eles é horrível.
The company does not meet the delivery deadline, and still asks the customer to go to their store to pick up items they forgot to deliver, I bought a lot there, the products are quality but the delivery leaves a lot to be desired, except that after the sale the channel of communication with them is horrible.

Comprei as portas de correr e o dono se comprometeu no ato da compra a fazer os devidos ajustes no local. Quando foi entregar (após eu ter feito o pagamento) veio com um papo de que o serviço ficaria mais 450 reais. O próprio vendedor reconheceu que ele havia firmado um acordo comigo e que aquela cobrança não era justa. Por fim tive que pagar para outro fazer. Acabei conhecendo outra senhora com a mesma situação nessa empresa. Dono com sérios problemas de caráter. Desaconselho fortemente se você não quer passar raiva!
DON'T BUY!
I bought the sliding doors and the owner promised to make the necessary adjustments at the time of purchase. When it was delivered (after I made the payment) came with a chat that the service would be more 450 reais. The seller himself acknowledged that he had signed an agreement with me and that the charge was not fair. Finally I had to pay for another one to do. I ended up meeting another lady with the same situation in this company. Owner with serious character problems. I strongly advise against it if you don't want to be angry!
