★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Deixei meu notebook para conserto do teclado e paguei adiantado. Não consertaram o teclado e devolveram meu notebook pior do que entreguei. E até agora não devolveram meu dinheiro. Isso foi dia 12/01/19 e hoje é dia 28/01/2019. O valor cobrado foi de 400,00 reais.
Too bad! I left my notebook for keyboard repair and paid in advance. They did not repair the keyboard and returned my notebook worse than I delivered. And so far they have not returned my money. This was on 01/01/1919 and today is 01/28/2019. The amount charged was 400.00 reais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui trocar a tela do meu Notebook Acer que quebrou com dois meses de uso. Falaram que a tela nova que colocaram era original. Não sei se é verdade, mas sei que me deram seis meses de garantia e passado mais de um ano desde que estive na Sol, a tela continua perfeita, inclusive depois de várias quedas. Ótimo serviço.
I change the screen of my Acer Notebook that broke two months of use. They said the new screen that was placed original. I do not know if it's true, but I know they gave me six months warranty and spent more than a year since I've been in the sun, the screen is still perfect, even after several falls. Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tivemos tanta sorte quanto outros clientes, pagamos para arrumar um Samsung e nunca tivemos ele de volta.
Paguei por volta de R$ 1.300,00 (entre idas e vindas, estacionamento, HD SSD, memória, teclado, tela) e recebemos um HD TouchSmart sem funcionar o teclado, minha filha não teve como assistir as aulas direito e sem ferramenta para pesquisa.
Não recomendo a Só Notebook's, vou para o Procon agora e redes sociais e Xerife do Consumidor.
We weren't as lucky as other customers, we paid to get a Samsung and we never got it back.
I paid around R$ 1,300.00 (coming and going, parking, HD SSD, memory, keyboard, screen) and we received a HD TouchSmart without the keyboard working, my daughter was unable to attend classes properly and without a research tool .
I don't recommend Only Notebook's, I'm going to Procon now and social networks and Consumer Sheriff.
