★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Só aceitam raças pequenas e fáceis de trabalhar, cachorros grandes e com muito pelo sequer abrem a porta, poderiam deixar claro no perfil que só atendem porte pequeno ou no mínimo informar na hora do agendamento. Total falta de respeito com o cliente ??
Terrible attendance! They only accept small breeds that are easy to work with, large dogs with a lot of fur don't even open the door, they could make it clear in the profile that they only serve small size or at least inform them at the time of scheduling. Total lack of respect for the customer ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem profissionalismo! Agendaram meu cachorro, chegando lá nem abriram a porta para a minha mãe e se negaram a atende-lo, pois segundo a dona, da última vez o tosador ficou com dor nas costas! Absurdo.. poderiam ter desmarcado sem nos fazer deslocar até o local.
No professionalism! They scheduled my dog, when they got there, they didn't even open the door for my mother and refused to answer him, because according to the owner, the last time the groomer had back pain! Absurd.. they could have canceled without making us move to the place.

Ele tem problemas de pele e a Andressa e a Cinthia tem o maior cuidado com os produtos que usam e durante a tosa, além disso sempre sou muito bem recebida! O Cookie ama o tio Marcos, sempre cuida do pelo dele com muito carinho ❤️ Confio e recomendo de olhos fechados!
Wonderful place for bathing and grooming! I just take my dog there. He has skin problems and Andressa and Cinthia are very careful with the products they use and during the grooming, besides that I'm always very well received! Cookie loves Uncle Marcos, he always takes care of his fur with great affection ❤️ I trust him and recommend him with my eyes closed!
