 Don't buy from this store! Terrible attendance! It takes installation! They charge everything when it closes and after they receive they forget you! Day that open another one in jacarei with minimum of decent service speak these guys! Lousy! Buy in SJC !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a vista e não entregavam, depois de várias reclamações instalaram o poste torto ainda. Tive que ir ao procom pois comprei um poste de um tipo e entregou outro.
I bought the view and they didn't deliver, after several complaints they installed the crooked pole still. I had to go to the procom because I bought a post of one type and delivered another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, nunca recomendaria a ninguém esse lugar, Péssimo em tudo, uma enrolação pós venda, muitas mentiras e falta de informações, desorganização e desrespeito ao tratar com o cliente, isso são todos os funcionários até mesmo o que se diz Gerente (D. ) nunca ligou para resolver os problemas e dar uma solução. Desrespeito e despreparo total. Ou seja para vender fala que coloca o poste em 5 dias e Relógio em 7 dias e já faz a solicitação da rede nova no outro dia, mas tudo mentira pois demorou 20 dias para instalar o poste e nem falo dos restantes, mais de meses....
E não dão nenhuma justificativa só enrola, isso pq é vc quem tem que correr atrás da ligação da rede elétrica pois eles falam que está em andamento e que demora mesmo,mas ao ir na EDP a resposta é que está arquivada pois não foi feito nenhum pedido por parte do só poste, ou seja não pediram nenhuma ligação na EDP.Essa é a Empresa Só Poste, mentiras e enrolação e pura enganação com o cliente após a compra e o pagamento. Jamais comprarei de novo e não indico nunca a ninguém....
Horrible, I would never recommend this place to anyone, Terrible at all, post-sales bullshit, many lies and lack of information, disorganization and disrespect when dealing with the customer, that's all employees, even what they say Manager (D. ) never called to solve the problems and give a solution. Disrespect and total lack of preparation. In other words, to sell it says that it puts the post in 5 days and Clock in 7 days and already makes the request for the new network the other day, but it's all a lie because it took 20 days to install the post and I'm not even talking about the rest, more than months. ...

Pedi o poste paguei a vista e coloram o poste dia 17/03/2022 . O prazo informadores de três a quinze dias pra EDP fazer a ligação e nada. A empresa de poste me pediu a planta da casa , fui informada que foi um erro na EDP e que tinha que levar minha planta para ser resolvido, la se vai mais 15 dias, nessa brincadeira estou a 90 dias aguardando. Hoje fui na EDP e fui informada que o meu pedido havia sido feito na data de hoje 03/06/2022.
Não comprem com eles que terão dor de cabeça e pepino pra resolver.

I ordered the post, paid the view and color the post on 03/17/2022. The informants period of three to fifteen days for EDP to make the call and nothing. The post company asked me for the house plan, I was informed that it was an error at EDP and that I had to take my plant to be resolved, there goes another 15 days, in this game I am waiting for 90 days. Today I went to EDP and was informed that my order had been placed on today's date 03/06/2022.
Don't buy from them you'll have a headache and cucumber to solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumprir com o prazo de entrega acho meio difícil, demos 50% do valor da entrada no dia 08/03/2022, e já pagamos os outros 50%, até o momento não ligaram nossa luz, e é uma mentira atrás da outra, falaram que em 30 dias estaria tudo ok. Próxima semana já vai completar 2 meses.
E o velho ditado, o barato sai caro e muito caro, pois estão causando um transtorno imenso.
E minha mãe uma senhora de praticamente 60 anos sendo muito mal atendida.
Descaso total.... não indico... vamos ver se ligam ainda esse ano.
as avaliações positivas só pode ser de amigos e familiares, pois quem realmente contrata o serviço é uma decepção tremenda.
