★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No passado fui bem atendida, mas esse ano comprei um poste trifásico colocaram disjuntor bifasico, levaram 30 dias para trocar, não deram informação que eu teria que fazer aterramento, ou a Bandeirantes não instala a energia elétrica. Entreguei os documentos para que Só poste solicitasse a instalação em outubro, só deram entrada dia 12 de novembro e qdo eu pedia informação diziam que demora mesmo, depois de 2 meses cansada de aguardar, fiz a solicitação pessoalmente, qdo descobri o quanto tinha sido enrolada. A atendente sempre sorrindo simpática, mas não presta um bom atendimento. Lamentável. Fuja.

Isabela foi "BOM", mas depois começaram os problemas, não dão devolutiva nenhuma por mensagem do WhatsApp e estão sonegando imposto, pois já faz mais de 30 dias e não me deram nota fiscal, recibo e nem devolutiva. NÃO RECOMENDO E ORIENTO PAGAREM UM POUCO MAIS CARO E COMPRAR EM OUTRO LOCAL.
Initial service by Ms. Isabela was "GOOD", but then the problems started, they don't give any returns via WhatsApp message and they're evading taxes, as it's been more than 30 days and they haven't given me an invoice, receipt or refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND ADVISE TO PAY A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE AND BUY IN ANOTHER LOCATION.
