★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subiu imensamente no meu conceito, por não ser a mais bem localizada, já entrei descrente em achar uma fonte pra um Ultrabook, porém fui surpreendido por ser a única loja a ter o suprimento, e com um preço melhor que as maiores e mais famosas da cidade, que me desacreditaram achar tal peça, e me proporem gambiarras, ou equipamentos paralelos sem garantia que funcionaria!!
Outro ponto que me constrangeu, foi o atendimento... entrei e dei de cara com um rapaz sorridente, com um par de cadeados nas mãos! Pensei, não vai ter mesmo, e ainda tô atrapalhando o rapaz fechar a lija... O horário já passava das 18hs mas o rapaz que infelizmente não perguntei o nome, guardou os cadeados no bolso, e me deu um atendimento VIP, me oferecendo toda a loja, com tempo e paciência! Nota 10 pro funcionário!! Enquanto eu pagava no caixa o proprietário veio ao meu encontro e me tratou com uma cordialidade e simpatia, que notei de onde o funcionário recebeu o treinamento e gastamos tempo me falando das novidades da loja, uma compra de 85 reais que gera um elogio, e conquistou um cliente!! Parabéns a loja, recomendo e voltarei!!
It has risen immensely in my concept, because it is not the best located, I have already been disbelieving to find a source for an Ultrabook, but I was surprised to be the only store to have the supply, and at a better price than the largest and most famous in city, who discredited me for finding such a piece, and offered me tricks, or parallel equipment with no guarantee that it would work !!
Another point that embarrassed me was the service ... I came in and came across a smiling boy with a pair of padlocks in his hands! I thought, there won't be, and I'm still disturbing the boy closing the door ... The time was past 6 pm but the boy who unfortunately did not ask the name, put the locks in his pocket, and gave me a VIP service, offering me the whole store with time and patience! Note 10 to the employee !! While I was paying at the cashier the owner came to meet me and treated me with warmth and sympathy, which I noticed from where the employee received the training and spent time telling me about the store news, a purchase of 85 reais that generates a compliment, and won a customer !! Congratulations to the store, recommend and will be back !!
