Paguei pelo serviço para eles retirarem um documento e eles não conseguiram fazer o serviço, por isso pedi o estorno do cartão de crédito e eles falaram que já havia estornado até hoje eles não estornaram.
Minha indignação pagar pelo um serviço não prestado.
Vou ao Procon resolver isso, se pelo diálogo não obtive sucesso, será de outra modo.

I paid for the service so they could retrieve a document and they were unable to do the job, so I asked for a credit card refund and they said they had already reversed it until today they did not cancel it.
