Paguei por uma pizza e ganhei espera, aborrecimento e promessa do aplicativo restituir o valor pago, isso após entrar em contato com a administração do aplicativo, pois se fosse depender da pizzaria, estaria esperando até agora sem nenhuma satisfação.
Me fizeram esperar 1h40 (uma hora e quarenta minutos) e quando entrei em contato disseram que a entrega não seria feita mesmo já estando paga via PIX. Alegaram não aceitar a forma de pagamento que eles mesmo escolheram no aplicativo e preferiram ignorar o pedido sem ligar para oferecer outra opção. No aplicativo o pedido aparecia como aprovado durante 2h (duas horas) após a conclusão.
Worst experience I've ever had with ordering pizza in the city of Santo Antonio de Jesus. I don't buy more and I don't recommend it. I paid for a pizza and won wait, annoyance and promise of the application to refund the amount paid, that after contacting the administration of the application, because if it were to depend on the pizzeria, I would be waiting until now without any satisfaction.
They made me wait 1h40 (one hour and forty minutes) and when I got in touch they said that the delivery would not be made even though it was already paid via PIX. They claimed not to accept the form of payment that they themselves chose in the app and preferred to ignore the order without calling to offer another option. In the application the application appeared as approved for 2 hours (two hours) after completion.
