★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendida ao final de uma compra, por informações erradas dos funcionários. Perdi meu tempo ao fazer minha compra e ter de deixar tudo pra trás. Fiquei muito chateada, não pensam no cliente, no tempo que perdi indo até lá e escolhendo cada item, deixei minha bebê em casa, já estava atrasada e uma funcionária foi super ríspida ao não querer de forma alguma finalizar minha compra ou ao menos ajudar a resolver o problema. Do que adianta enviar produto pra blogueira fazer propaganda, e com o cliente final, tratar com tanto descaso e falta de educação?
I was very badly assisted at the end of a purchase, due to wrong employee information. I wasted my time making my purchase and having to leave everything behind. I was very upset, they don't think about the customer, the time I wasted going there and choosing each item, I left my baby at home, I was already late and an employee was super harsh, not wanting in any way to finalize my purchase or at least help with solve the problem. What's the point of sending a product to the blogger to advertise, and with the end customer, treating it with such indifference and lack of politeness?
