★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns motoristas são muito mal educados, a cidade quase não tem sinalização (placas de parada de ônibus) e o passageiro tem que adivinhar onde é a parada deles. E se você pedir parada no lugar errados eles gritam com você ao invés de falar educadamente que ali não é a parada deles. A empresa deveria ficar mais atenta a quem contratam pra trabalhar com o público
Some drivers are very rude, the city has almost no signs (bus stop signs) and the passenger has to guess where their stop is. And if you ask for a stop in the wrong places they yell at you instead of politely saying that it is not their stop. The company should be more attentive to who they hire to work with the public

Porém, a falta de educação e a grosseria, parece requisito para se trabalhar como atendente nessa empresa. Em Natal, na Filial e em Fortaleza, fui muito mal atendida pelos funcionários e se você disser que comprou passagem pela Buser, é pior ainda, não deixam nem você falar para tirar dúvidas. ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO. FUNCIONÁRIOS GROSSOS E MAL EDUCADOS.
I traveled once for the company and the drivers are excellent, polite, helpful and attentive. However, the lack of education and rudeness seems to be a requirement to work as an attendant in this company. In Natal, at the Branch and in Fortaleza, I was very poorly attended by the employees and if you say you bought a ticket through Buser, it's even worse, they won't even let you talk to ask questions. TERRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a primeira viagem de Recife para Fortaleza no carro 3521, em novembro de 2021, muito confortável e b conservado, porém o multimídia não foi ligado em alguns momentos do trecho. Já a segunda viagem fiz no carro 3520 em 13_03/22, menos conservado que o 3521, viajei na poltrona 3, perto de fortaleza começou a pingar água na minha poltrona individual, por sorte a do lado estava desocupada. A volta no dia 18/03/22 nesse mesmo carro o encosto da minha poltrona 51 reclinava sem comando e o USB não funciona, o multimídia é antigo de luxo...acho que teria que pagar adicional para usar. Fica o alerta a manutenção, viagem longa deve ser confortável, segura e com direito ao uso dos equipamentos de apoio. Está faltando manutenção ou renovação da frota.
I made the first trip from Recife to Fortaleza in car 3521, in November 2021, very comfortable and well maintained, but the multimedia was not turned on at times during the stretch. The second trip I took in car 3520 on 03/13/22, less well maintained than 3521, I traveled in seat 3, near Fortaleza, water started to drip on my individual seat, luckily the one next to it was unoccupied. Back on 03/18/22 in that same car the back of my seat 51 reclined without command and the USB doesn't work, the multimedia is old luxury... I think I would have to pay extra to use it. The maintenance is alert, long trips must be comfortable, safe and with the right to use support equipment. Fleet maintenance or renewal is lacking.
