Fizemos o contato por telefone e no outro dia fomos até a loja!
O atendimento foi simpático e cordial!
Mas tivemos algumas dificuldades:
Esperamos mais de 4 horas para a instalação.
Como estávamos de passagem e no outro dia fomos para o Estado de Pernambuco, ao chegar na minha cidade Natal, observamos que havia um problema com o equipamento pois o mesmo estava batendo e avariando o teto do nosso veículo!
Entramos em contato com a senhora (não tenho certeza mas acredito que se chama ROSILDA) e enviamos fotos e relato do ocorrido. A mesma sugeriu que fôssemos até a loja, porém estávamos há mais de 500 km de distância.
Levamos o carro a uma oficina na cidade de Ouricuri (PE) e fizemos os reparos necessários para seguirmos viagem.
Enviamos o valor da despesa do serviço paleativo efetuado para a Sra que nos atendeu mas até o momento não nos deu qualquer retorno.
Uma pena!
Ao chegarmos em casa, constatamos que as peças do Rack foram cortadas de forma incorreta.
Ou seja, ficaram inutilizadas!
Fora o prejuízo material ainda tivemos o prejuízo de tempo perdido!
Não recomendo!
We were on vacation and bought roof rack and roof rack for our car at this store!

The service was friendly and cordial!
But we had some difficulties:
We waited over 4 hours for installation.
As we were passing through and the other day we went to the State of Pernambuco, when we arrived in my hometown, we noticed that there was a problem with the equipment because it was hitting and damaging the roof of our vehicle!
We got in touch with the lady (I'm not sure but I believe her name is ROSILDA) and we sent photos and a report of what happened. She suggested that we go to the store, but we were more than 500 km away.
We took the car to a workshop in the city of Ouricuri (PE) and made the necessary repairs to continue the journey.
We sent the value of the expense of the palliative service performed to the lady who attended us but so far has not given us any return.
A feather!
When we got home, we found that the Rack pieces were cut incorrectly.
In other words, they were useless!
Apart from the material damage, we still had the loss of lost time!
I do not recommend!
