Staff atraente porém falta um pouco de tato na comunicação com o cliente. (Um pouco mais de delicadeza e educação e menos broderagem).
Pedimos o bolinho Caprese que estava gostoso e crocante, porém poderia ter um pouquinho mais de sal.
Meu companheiro pediu o Risoto ao Funghi (ele achou que o arroz estava muito cozido e não ao dente, a porção é pequena e o cogumelo tinha uns ciscos, imaginamos que não tenha sido bem lavado)
Eu pedi o Risoto Santo Casamenteiro que também achei que veio uma porção pequena, faltou mais o sabor do gorgonzola, que não se notava direito no prato, o arroz Tb tinha cozido demais e senti falta de uma porção de queijo ralado junto, mas tambem não solicitei ao garçon mas também não me foi oferecido.

I ordered the Santo Casamenteiro Risotto, which I also thought came in a small portion, the gorgonzola flavor was missing, which was not noticeable on the plate, the rice was also overcooked and I missed a portion of grated cheese with it, but not I asked the waiter but he wasn't offered either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grata surpresa esse pequeno bistrô em frente ao Parque das Águas. O hambúrguer Coroa do rei (180g de blend da casa, no pão australiano, com tuile de parmesão, rúcula, queijo cheddar e maionese caseira), é sensacional, nada a acrescentar, nota 10. O risoto de brie e camarão, é OK, apenas bom, sem nada marcante, falta um sabor mais acentuado. A truta defumada (acompanha mousseline de baroa e crispy de Parma) é incrível, o peixe, delicioso. O mousseline é bom, mas poderia ser um pouco mais liso e o Parma parecia um bacon, poderia ser em lâmina, uma fatia fina e crocante seria bem melhor. Mesmo assim, a combinação do prato é bacana, vale a pena. A carta de vinhos e cervejas é bem diversa, boas opções. O brownie é bom. A experiência do café especial, coado na mesa, no Hario V60, em taça de Bourdeaux, sobre uma balança, para manter a proporção de água e café, é diferenciado e interessante. Todo o atendimento foi gentil e agradável. O ambiente é simples, mas moderno e bonito, com uma parede com prateleiras e adega em x com muitas garrafas, sofás de um lado e um deck ao ar livre na entrada. Tá por perto, tem bom gosto e não sabe onde comer, dá um pulinho aqui, você não vai se arrepender.
Pleasant surprise this small bistro in front of Parque das Águas. The Coroa do Rei burger (180g of house blend, on Australian bread, with parmesan tuile, arugula, cheddar cheese and homemade mayonnaise), is sensational, nothing to add, note 10. The brie and shrimp risotto is OK, just good, without anything outstanding, lacks a more accentuated flavor. The smoked trout (with baroa mousseline and Parma crispy) is incredible, the fish is delicious. The mousseline is good, but it could be a little smoother and the Parma looked like bacon, it could be sliced, a thin and crispy slice would be much better. Even so, the combination of the dish is nice, it's worth it. The wine and beer list is very diverse, with good options. The brownies are good. The experience of special coffee, strained at the table, in the Hario V60, in a Bourdeaux cup, on a scale, to maintain the proportion of water and coffee, is different and interesting. All service was kind and pleasant. The atmosphere is simple but modern and beautiful, with a wall with shelves and cellar in x with many bottles, sofas on one side and an outdoor deck at the entrance. It's close by, it has good taste and you don't know where to eat, stop by, you won't regret it.

Excellent dining experience! We ate a rib, cassava aioli and blackberry sauce; a termite popsicle and salad. Everything was delicious, but that's not all... The service provided by Gustavo, Gabriel and Rusbel was impeccable! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comer no Soberanno foi uma das principais e mais agradáveis surpresas de São Lourenço. Acho que visitaria a cidade novamente somente para comer no Soberanno. Olha, já comi em muitos lugares do mundo, mas os pratos sem dúvida estão no meu top 5 entre os melhores. O atendimento é excelente tb. O único ponto de atenção é o pequeno espaço, ou seja, lota rápido, daí você vai precisar esperar um pouco, mas, acredite, vale a espera.
Eating at Soberanno was one of the main and most pleasant surprises in São Lourenço. I think I would visit the city again just to eat at Soberanno. Look, I've eaten in many places around the world, but the dishes are definitely in my top 5 among the best. The service is excellent too. The only point of attention is the small space, that is, it fills up quickly, so you'll need to wait a little, but believe me, it's worth the wait.
