After the order was delayed, I called and said they were finishing their snack, it took them another 1 hour or 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES to deliver a snack

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso estar decepcionado pois faço essa avaliacao depois de diversos pedidos, e ultimamente deixando a desejar pois houve diversos problemas
Como em um caso q o lanche demorou mais de uma hora,outra q pedimos era 21 hrs veio a ser entre as 23 onde haviamos pedido 4 lanches e so venho um onde esperamos mais 30 minutos para o motoboy pegar o restante dos lanches
E a ultima vez q me chateou onde pedi lanche as 19 pq contei q ia atrasar, ai disseram q houve um problema com motoboy logo meia hora depois perguntei disseram q estava em preparo quando deu 22:44 liguei e simplesmente falaram q fechariam pelo problema por n ter motoboy e pediram desculpas
GOSTO MUITO dos lanches mas td vez q conto com eles pra comer, ocorre algo e os 3 ocorridos foram os ultimos 3 pedidos meus onde tds eram entre 60 a 80 reais MUITO BEM PAGOS, pois e uma DELICIA os lanches, mas dps desse ocorrido des de entao n pedi mais, e digo com muita tristeza mas n posso pedir com uma visita em casa e o lanche n vir ou ate msm querer comer algo diferente e ficar com fome tendo a chance de no ultimo minuto cancelrem e fecharem.
(Caso um dia peça espero ser diferente e ficarei feliz em vir dar uma avaliacao mais positiva mas por enquanto infelizmente e essa)
I confess I'm disappointed because I do this evaluation after several requests, and lately it's lacking because there were several problems
As in one case when the snack took more than an hour, another one we asked for was 21 hrs. It was between 23 hours where we had ordered 4 snacks and I only come one where we wait another 30 minutes for the motoboy to pick up the rest of the snacks
And the last time I was upset where I asked for a snack at 19 because I told them I was going to be late, then they said there was a problem with the courier just half an hour later I asked they said it was in preparation when it was 22:44 I called and simply said they would close the problem for no motorcycle courier and they apologized
I REALLY LIKE the snacks but every time I count on them to eat, something happens and the 3 that occurred were the last 3 of my requests where they were all between 60 to 80 reais VERY WELL PAID, because the snacks are DELICIOUS, but after this happened Then I didn't ask for more, and I say with great sadness but I can't ask with a visit at home and the snack doesn't come or even I want to eat something different and get hungry having the chance to cancel and close at the last minute.
(If one day I ask, I hope to be different and I'll be happy to come give a more positive evaluation but for now this is unfortunately)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa muito a desejar , o lanche é bom, mais a entrega demora demais, quase duas horas pra entregar... e eles não fazem nem questão de avisar o pq do atraso, pq lá diz 40 minutos então passou disso é atraso, o mínimo seria avisar, falam q saiu pra entrega mais nunca chega , um pouco de comprometimento com os clientes seria legal ?
The service leaves a lot to be desired, the snack is good, but the delivery takes too long, almost two hours to deliver... and they don't even bother to let you know because of the delay, because it says 40 minutes so it's overdue, the At the very least it would be a warning, they say it went out for delivery, but it never arrives, a little commitment to customers would be nice ?
