★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo do pessoal de controle do Combo de Sobrancelhas de Itaparica. Não recomendaria a ninguém. O que elas falam quando a gente liga não é a mesma coisa que acontece quando chegamos lá pra usar o que compramos. Gostaria mesmo de ter meu dinheiro de volta.
Poor service from the Itaparica Eyebrow Combo control staff. Would not recommend to anyone. What they say when we call is not the same thing that happens when we get there to use what we buy. I really wish I had my money back.

A sombrancelha ficou mais ou menos, os cílios ficaram bonitos, mas tive q voltar lá pq estavam me machucando, repuxando os meus cílios, pois foram mal colocados e a cola pegou na pálpebra. Minha pálpebra até inchou! A gerente da loja foi q havia colocado o alongamento, daí ela só trocou os tufos q estavam me machucando e ficou horrível, todo torto...voltei lá pra q ela refizesse o olho todo, pois estava muito feio! Foi refeito, mas ela errou de novo e mais uma vez a cola pegou na pálpebra e ficou machucando, dessa vez voltei logo q começou a doer, pedi pra tirar tudo e disse q queria meu dinheiro de volta, é claro! Pois o serviços havia sido muito mal feito e ainda havia me machucado duas vezes... Ela entrou em contato com a supervisora q ligou pra dona da loja q disse q não me devolveria o dinheiro porque meu olho ainda não estava inchado... Olha o absurdo disso!!! Quer dizer q eu tinha q esperar meu olho inchar?! Isso é uma falta de respeito absurda com o consumidor e falta de respeito ao Código de Defesa do Consumidor!!!! Estou extremamente insatisfeita, pois gastei R$100,00 só pra sentir dor e inchar meu olho!!!! Absurdo!!!! Não recomendo loja nenhuma da rede Sobrancelha!!!!
Horrible service from there! I did eyebrow, fluff and eyelash stretch ... The eyebrow was more or less, the eyelashes were beautiful, but I had to go back because they were hurting me, pulling my eyelashes, because they were misplaced and the glue caught the eyelid. My eyelid even swelled up! The store manager was the one who had put the stretching, so she just changed the tufts that were hurting me and it was horrible, all crooked ... I came back there so she could redo the whole eye, because it was very ugly! It was redone, but she was wrong again and once again the glue caught the eyelid and was hurting, this time I came back soon it began to hurt, I asked to take everything and said I wanted my money back, of course! Because the services had been very poorly done and had still hurt me twice ... She contacted the supervisor who called the store owner who said she would not give me the money back because my eye was not swollen ... Look the absurdity of it !!! You mean I had to wait for my eye to swell ?! This is an absurd lack of respect for the consumer and lack of respect for the Consumer Protection Code !!!! I am extremely dissatisfied, because I spent $ 100.00 just to feel pain and swell my eye !!!! Absurd!!!! I do not recommend any store of the Eyebrow chain !!!!
