★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total, atendimento péssimo, funcionárias e dona da franquia estavam presentes e não fizeram e nem tiveram nenhuma atitude. Foram apenas atendendo as clientes que chegavam depois. Horrível o atendimento, vim com o meu marido e filha de 1 ano, estávamos com uma bebê ainda. Existe atendimento presencial apenas para novas clientes que ainda não foram enganadas pela falta de profissionalismo.
Total neglect, poor service, employees and owner of the franchise were present and did not do or had any attitude. They were just taking care of the customers who arrived later. Horrible service, I came with my husband and 1 year old daughter, we still had a baby. There is face-to-face service only for new customers who have not yet been deceived by the lack of professionalism.
