★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao Só Sobrancelhas do shopping de Nilópolis e tive um atendimento péssimo pela designer que não parava de colocar defeitos em mim no intuito de vender os produtos da marca. Eram comentários do tipo que minha sobrancelha é muito falhada, meus pelos são fracos porque eu devo usar produto com chumbo, eu tenho muita acne, meu buço é manchado e em seguida era nós temos um sérum de sobrancelha muito bom, temos um sabonete muito bom, um tônico muito bom... Sinceramente, péssima estratégia de vendas e nenhuma vontade de voltar lá.
I went to the only eyebrows of the mall of Nilópolis and had a terrible service by the designer who kept putting defects on me in order to sell the brand products. They were comments like my eyebrow is very bad, my hair is weak because I should use leaded product, I have a lot of acne, my fluff is blemished and next was we have a very good eyebrow serum, we have a very good soap , a very good tonic ... Honestly, bad sales strategy and no desire to go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom. Mas a depilação ficou bem ruim. Na metade do meu procedimento chegou outra pessoa, daí acho que a depiladora terminou com pressa. Depois de chegar em casa examinei minhas pernas e vi várias faixas de pêlos na lateral e na parte de trás. Definitivamente não recomendo. Por um preço bem semelhante é possível depilar em outras empresas.
Good service. But the epilation was very bad. Halfway through my procedure, someone else arrived, so I think the epilator ended in a hurry. After arriving home, I examined my legs and saw several strips of hair on the side and back. I definitely don't recommend it. For a very similar price it is possible to shave at other companies.

Pedi para fazer sombracelha e face, tinham três funcionários na casa, uma estava fez uma sombracelha e já deixou claro para quem chegava que estava indo embora, a outra estava fazendo sombracelha e pensei que ia me atender, mas depois de quase meia hora eu esperando, ela falou que fazer um cilio, a terceira estava no caixa. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, NAO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS.
I can't say that the service was terrible, because I wasn't even attended to. I asked to do an eyebrow and face, there were three employees in the house, one was doing an eyebrow and already made it clear to those who arrived that she was leaving, the other was doing an eyebrow and I thought she was going to attend to me, but after almost half an hour I was waiting , she said to make an eyelash, the third was in the cashier. TERRIBLE SERVICE, WILL NEVER COME BACK.
