★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos um problema hoje com relação a instalação e Treinamento do sistema SOC aqui na minha empresa. Estávamos cientes com relação a fila de espera para a instalação que estava por volta de 30 a 40 dias devido ao e-social. Na semana retrasada recebemos um e-mail dizendo que seriamos atendidos nesta semana agora (10/09 a 14/09 ) para instalação e treinamentos. Após isso, não recebemos mais nada dizendo como deveriamos proceder e hoje ao ligar cobrando uma posição, com relação ao agendamento, primeiramente não sabiam o que havia acontecido e após isso me retornaram dizendo que o consultor que iria nos dar o treinamento estava doente e não havia os avisado , e a unica solução que me deram até agora, foi esperar até a semana que vem, porém, eu como cliente que esperei mais de 40 dias e com a primeira parcela paga conforme rege contrato, gostariamos de no minimo uma solução que seja positiva para ambos os lados.
Não obtivemos uma resposta no dia, e no dia seguinte após ligarmos para cobrar uma resposta, nos informaram que não haveria mesmo um consultor para nos atender e que infelizmente teriamos que esperar mais uma semana.
Na hora de cobrar nossa mensalidade o boleto vem sempre em dia, e se atrasarmos já vem um email de cobrança.
We had a problem today regarding the installation and training of the SOC system here at my company. We were aware of the waiting list for the facility, which was around 30 to 40 days due to e-social. The week before last we received an email saying that we would be served this week now (10/09 to 14/09) for installation and training. After that, we received nothing more saying how we should proceed and today when calling charging a position, regarding the scheduling, they did not know what had happened at first and after that they returned to me saying that the consultant who was going to give us the training was sick and not had warned them, and the only solution they've given me so far, was to wait until next week, however, as a customer who waited more than 40 days and with the first installment paid as per the contract rules, we would like at least one solution that be positive for both sides.
We didn't get an answer on the day, and the next day after calling to collect an answer, we were told that there would not even be a consultant to assist us and that unfortunately we would have to wait another week.
When it comes time to collect our monthly payment, the billet is always up to date, and if we are late, a billing email will come.

Horrible phone service, the support option, you are waiting for hours and you are not answered, if you choose the commercial option in a minute you are answered.

Isso pra mim é um desrespeito.

Terrible after sales! The company's goal is to win at any cost! They treat their customers like a simple CNPJ number. Company without empathy and without humanity! Extremely disappointed! I work with Occupational Medicine since 2003 and have never seen anything like it IN A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP!
