★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, péssimo atendimento, funcionários pensam q estão te fazendo algum favor em te atender (nem se fosse) deveria ter algum pra fiscalizar esse péssimo serviço prestado.
Horrible, lousy service, employees think they are doing you a favor in serving you (even if it were) there should be someone to oversee this lousy service provided.

Tive que ir porque nenhum dos 4 números de telefone atendiam.
Chegando lá tinham 3 mulheres na sala de atendimento. Informei que queria fazer a atualização dos dados do CAD ÚNICO. Me entregaram a folha com as instruções e informaram que eu devia agendar por telefone. Expliquei que só fui até lá porque nenhum número atendia, e eu estava ligando desde quinta-feira dia 10/09/2020. A reposta foi: é assim mesmo, continua ligando que uma hora atende ?
É um descaso com quem precisa. Uma falta de consideração enorme com quem vai até lá, afinal de contas quem não mora nas proximidades como eu gastei dinheiro e tempo para ir lá. Havia um senhor lá e eu, podiam ter me atendido pois eu tinha todos os documentos necessários, mas não o fizeram.
Hoje liguei, afinal precisava agendar. Liguei insistentemente. Enfim... fui atendida. Porém terei de ligar novamente na segunda-feira pois não tem mais vagas para essa semana. Parece piada! Ontem podiam ter pelo menos informado que não havia vagas para essa semana. Pasmem, os agendamentos da semana pelo menos do CAD ÚNICO são feitos todos às segundas ???

I went to the CRAS of 407N on 15/09/2020.
I had to go because none of the 4 phone numbers answered.
Arriving there were 3 women in the service room. I informed that I wanted to update the CAD SINGLE data. They handed me the instructions sheet and told me that I should schedule it over the phone. I explained that I only went there because no number answered, and I had been calling since Thursday 10/09/2020. The answer was: it’s like that, keep calling that an hour answers ?
It is a disregard for those who need it. A huge lack of consideration for who goes there, after all who does not live nearby as I spent money and time to go there. There was a gentleman there and I, they could have answered me because I had all the necessary documents, but they didn't.
Today I called, after all I needed to schedule. I called insistently. Anyway ... I was attended to. But I will have to call again on Monday as there are no more vacancies for that week. It looks like a joke! Yesterday they could have at least informed that there were no vacancies for that week. Amazingly, the schedules of the week at least from CAD SINGLE are all done on Mondays ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar o atendimento pois pelo que notei os funcionários acham que agente está lá por humilhação, acho que somos cidadãos e pagamos nossos impostos.
Need to improve the service because from what I noticed the employees think that the agent is there for humiliation, I think we are citizens and we pay our taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, disseram que tinha que agendar sendo que estava vazio na hora. Não agendaram no momento, só dia de sexta é feito o agendamento, liga que cansa e não atendem.
Terrible service, they said I had to make an appointment as it was empty at the time. They didn't schedule at the moment, only on Friday the schedule is made, calls that get tired and they don't answer.
