★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse daria zero, atendimento péssimo ao telefone a primeira vez que liguei (a pessoa não me informou que para autorizar exame precisaria ir mais cedo por ser um sistema de FICHAS.) cheguei lá e dei viagem perdida. Agora já tem dois dias que ligo pra buscar mais informações e o telefone dá OCUPADO, aposto que os funcionários responsáveis tiram do gancho pra não ter que atender, existem pessoas que moram longe, as vezes uma ligação economiza uma ida até lá, mas é impossível atenderem o telefone. Péssimo, péssimo. Horrível.
 If I could, I would give zero, lousy phone service the first time I called (the person did not inform me that to authorize the exam I would need to go earlier because it is a CHIPS system.) I got there and missed the trip. Now I have two days to call to get more information and the phone is BUSY, I bet the responsible employees take off the hook not to have to answer, there are people who live far away, sometimes a call saves a trip there, but it is impossible answer the phone. Lousy, lousy. Horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei aqui às 14:47 p receber uma autorização de um procedimento solicitado no dia 12 /11/2020, disseram q era 20 dias ,mais até hj ,nada ,nesse momento está acho q na hora do Recreio a uns 20 não chamam ninguém, uma verdadeira falta de respeito ao ser humano, podiam fazer igual ao ISSEC ,autorização online, minha mãe fez o mesmo.procedimento pelo ISSEC O procedimento q tento fazer a mais de dois meses ,ela recebeu em dois dia . Por favor olhem co. Um pouco de carinho para as pessoas , isso é um absurdo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filas enormes e quando chega sua vez, há 90% de chances de não autorizarem nossos exames. É o último recurso de plano médico. É revoltante o tratamento para com os contribuintes que todos os meses recebem descontos para essa instituição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Eles passam uma eternidade para autorizar um exame. Teve uma vez que ia tirar um caroço. E passei mais de três meses esperando e nada de autorizar. O caroço fez sumir foi só graças a Deus.
Estava incomodando o caroço.
Terrible service. They spend forever to authorize an exam. There was a time when I was going to take out a lump. And I spent more than three months waiting and nothing to authorize. The lump made it go away, it was only thanks to God.
