★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante, não posso falar que adorei pois tem coisas que podem e devem melhorar, o ambiente é bem agradável e ventilado, tem um campo de futebol que basta levar uma bola e brincar um pouco, ambiente agradável pra um churrasco, encontro com amigos, aniversários etc... A cozinha precisa melhorar pois a geladeira já está nas últimas, o fogão já está bastante usado mas funciona bem, quanto as piscinas a grande é ótima já a menor deveria ser bem menor pois é funda pra crianças, quando as crianças entram não dar nem pra vê-las lá dentro, é preciso ficar ao lado da piscina pra poder observa-las, no mais tudo me agradou, é um ambiente agradável, eu posso recomendar.
I really liked it, I can't say I loved it because there are things that can and should improve, the environment is very pleasant and ventilated, there is a soccer field that just take a ball and play a little, pleasant atmosphere for a barbecue, meeting friends, birthdays etc... The kitchen needs to improve because the refrigerator is already in the last stages, the stove is already used a lot but it works well, as for the large pools, it's great, the smaller one should be much smaller because it's sling for children, when children you can't even see them inside, you have to stay by the pool to be able to see them, most of all I liked, it's a pleasant environment, I can recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertinho de supermercados, convenienas e da praia. Tem uma piscininha pras crianças, e o não há estacionamento. A rua que precisa de pavimentação. A casa é bacana.
Close to supermarkets, conveniences and the beach. It has a swimming pool for children, and there is no parking. The street that needs paving. The house is nice.
