Marcamos um jogo nesse referido local , com antecedência, com pagamento feito, e ficamos sabendo no dia que o mesmo alugou para outras pessoas no mesmo horário. Falta de organização? Com certeza, mas o descaso é a pior parte, sequer uma retração foi feita então fica essa avaliação. Existem outras opções melhores em Aracaju.

Os "desorganizadores" precisam urgentemente fazer consultorias para que aprendam como realmente devem lidar com seus clientes! Passando uma rápida consultoria, sugiro que ajustem rapidamente o péssimo gramado em seguida realizem o arrendamento para alguém que realmente possua competência para lidar com o público e que não marquem novamente dois grupos no mesmo horário para um campo só, como já foi feito outrora.
Resumidamente apenas isso pois tinha conteúdo o suficiente pra zerar os caracteres de tanta falha que a atual administração faz. Estou dando uma estrela porque não pode dar zero! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O funcionário foi extremamente desorganizado, pois convidou nosso grupo para jogar num horário diferente do habitual e, de última hora, depois do nosso organizador já ter arrecadado todo o dinheiro dos participantes para jogar, o mesmo solicitou cancelamento da nossa reserva por ter outro baba marcado para o mesmo horário. Isso não se faz. Total falta de organização!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamos com 7 dias de antecedência e no dia ao entrar em contato informaram que tinha outro jogo no mesmo horário. Falta de organização e compromisso com o cliente, o jogo marcado com várias pessoas para 16h30 e queriam ainda colocar pra 22h, não deram nem uma sugestão de parceiro para que pudéssemos remarcar.
O responsável sequer me deu um retorno com pedido de desculpas, uma falha amadora pra quem tem negócio. Seria a primeira vez nossa de uma sequência programada. Enfim, atendimento e organização precisam melhorar.
