Waiting for 40 minutes after the scheduled time. Primary cut but very poorly done. Glad hair grows back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, não pelos cabeleireiros (que inclusive fizeram um trabalho otimo) e sim pela própria dona e uma mulher que nem sei oq ela era la, só ficava encarando a pessoa e passando rabo de olho com cara de nojo pra pessoa, contrátei e paguei pelo serviço e na hora falaram que não tinha direito a tal serviço, constrangimento e totalmente desconfortáve, foi humilhante a atitude que fizeram comigo la dentro , foi a primeira e última vez.
Bad experience, not for the hairdressers (who even did a great job) but for the owner herself and a woman who didn't even know what she was there, she just kept staring at the person and looking disgusted at the person, I hired and paid for the service and at the time they said that I was not entitled to such service, embarrassment and totally uncomfortable, the attitude they did to me inside was humiliating, it was the first and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegando o gancho do comentário anterior: chamar o corte de cabelo feminino deste local de mau feito é para "manter o decoro". Fizeram um corte péssimo na minha esposa. Mas como bem dito, mais uma vez remetendo ao comentário anterior, "ainda bem que cabelo cresce"! Não recomendo a submissão ao risco de efetuar um corte de cabelo nesta empresa.
Taking the hook from the previous comment: calling this place's female haircut a bad thing is to "maintain decorum". They cut my wife badly. But as well said, once again referring to the previous comment, "I'm glad the hair grows"! I do not recommend taking the risk of getting a haircut at this company.
