★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela primeira vez aqui e gostei muito por vários motivos: tem estacionamento próprio, não precisa marcar horário e nem fiquei esperando atendimento, salão é limpinho e o lavatório não dói a cabeça e o principal é que o corte ficou muito bom!! Fora a promoção de terça a quinta então virou meu salão de beleza fixo agora ^^
I went here for the first time and I really liked it for several reasons: it has its own parking, there is no need to make an appointment and I didn't even wait for service, the room is clean and the washbasin doesn't hurt my head and the main thing is that the cut was very good!! Out of the promotion from Tuesday to Thursday then it became my fixed beauty salon now ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixo este comentário não com o intuito de prejudicar a empresa mas como forma de dar um Feedback demonstrando que a atitude individual pode prejudicar o coletivo e a empresa. Ontem ao chegar na casa de meus pais, vi minha sobrinha de 10 anos chorando pois havia acabado de voltar do salão, minha mãe como forma de agradar estava planejando este dia a algum tempo gerando grande expectativa. Ao conversar com minha sobrinha a mesma relatou que o profissional não havia interagido com ela, perguntado o nome dela, e pra complicar mencionado ao colega do lado que o cabelo da mesma era difícil/ruim.
Sabemos o quão importante em um ambiente profissional é a cordialidade e sempre entregando uma positividade, mesmo com as adversidades ainda mais se tratando de um local aonde as pessoas vão para se sentirem melhores. Deixo esta mensagem, não para criticar, banalizar ou esperar desculpas, apenar para auxiliar a empresa na condição de um espectador a continuar oferecendo um bom serviço como pode ser visto na maioria dos comentários. Todos têm dias ruins, temos problemas e por vezes cometemos algumas falhas, mas ao repassarmos estes problemas, apenas alimentamos um ciclo negativo que não se finda. Certo da apreciação da gerencia responsável pela orientação da equipe finalizo aqui o meu comentário. Entregarei este manifesto respondido a minha sobrinha demonstrando que, apesar da desagradável experiência, temos a certeza que futuras clientes não terão este inconveniente. Atenciosamente.
I leave this comment not with the intention of harming the company, but as a way of giving Feedback demonstrating that the individual attitude can harm the collective and the company. Yesterday when I arrived at my parents' house, I saw my 10-year-old niece crying because she had just returned from the salon, my mother, as a way to please, was planning this day for some time, generating great expectations. When talking to my niece, she reported that the professional had not interacted with her, asked her name, and to complicate matters mentioned to the colleague next door that her hair was difficult/bad.
We know how important cordiality is in a professional environment and always delivering positivity, even with adversity, even more so when it comes to a place where people go to feel better. I leave this message, not to criticize, trivialize or wait for excuses, just to help the company as a spectator to continue offering a good service as can be seen in most of the comments. Everyone has bad days, we have problems and sometimes we make mistakes, but when we go over these problems, we just feed a negative cycle that doesn't end. Certain of the appreciation of the management responsible for guiding the team, I end my comment here. I will deliver this manifesto answered to my niece demonstrating that, despite the unpleasant experience, we are sure that future customers will not have this inconvenience. Kind regards.
