★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante me cobraram 2 higienização nos aparelhos sendo que um deles , segundo eles , não tinha conserto , me deixaram com o buraco na parede , dizendo que se tivessem solução eles me dariam , aí fiquei com o buraco na parede desesperada, pois não sabia o que fazer nessa situação, me senti impotente diante disso , paguei pela higienização sem ter o produto , não indico essa empresa Só Clima pra ninguem.DETESTEI É ME S3NTI LESADA

Contratei esta empresa em Agosto, comprei 4 maquinas de ar condicionado A VISTA e desde então tenho tido problemas com esta empresa. RAFAEL te atende muito bem até você pagar, depois só falta te atirar pedras, nada profissional.
Um dos ar condicionados simplesmente não funciona. Estou tentando contato com eles desde o inicio da semana e nada. ALEM DISSO ELES NAO FIZERAM A VISITA QUE FOI COMBINADA ANTERIORMENTE.
E para finalizar recebo mensagens agressivas e ameaças do funcionário RAFAEL tentando se explicar através de mentiras sobre um serviço que não foi feito como prometido.
Essa empresa não funciona e eu não recomendo.

I hired this company in August, bought 4 air conditioners from VISTA and since then I have had problems with this company. RAFAEL serves you well until you pay, then you just have to throw stones, unprofessional.
One of the air conditioners simply does not work. I'm trying to contact them since the beginning of the week and nothing. Moreover, they did not make the visit that was previously combined.
Finally, I get aggressive messages and threats from the RAFAEL employee trying to explain themselves through lies about a service that was not done as promised.
This company does not work and I do not recommend it.

Não tive um único problema sequer e a qualidade foi impecável. Além de tudo, todo o follow-up era feito diretamente com o Rafael, por áudio, WhatsApp, com fotos e filmagens do andamento dos trabalhos. Recomendo a empresa! Obrigado e parabéns, pessoal.
Excellent work: professional, dedicated, capricious and organized. I live in SP, I could not follow the work. I left the keys to the apartment and believed it.
