A todo momento grosseiro pelo telefone e duvidando da minha palavra. Por fim, me devolveram o valor, mas não se trata apenas disso. Trabalho com pessoas e o respeito pelo cliente é primordial para o crescimento da empresa.
I've been a customer of the place for some time, my family and I like the snacks they offer, however today I went to exchange two chicken pastries that had a bad taste and I was mistreated by the owner. At all times rude over the phone and doubting my word. Finally, they returned the amount to me, but that's not all. I work with people and respect for the customer is essential for the company's growth.
