★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. O sr que me atendeu, aparentemente o dono, foi extremamente mal educado e desatencioso. Não quis fazer o serviço que havia sido agendado pela seguradora. Tem muito a melhorar no atendimento ao cliente!! Não recomendo para ninguém!!!
 Terrible attendance. The man who attended to me, apparently the owner, was extremely rude and inattentive. I did not want to do the service that had been scheduled by the insurance company. There is much to improve in customer service !! I don't recommend it to anyone !!!

Bad service and after sales. The company did not comply with the one-year warranty on the battery, it has been two months that they are winding me up to put a new battery, I am very dissatisfied with the company. I'll have to look for Procon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido contratou os serviços para uma troca de bateria que com muita demora deveria ter sido entregue em 02(duas) horas, conclusão foi entregue após 01(uma) semana e várias divergências de informações entre eles e o mecânico, e ao devolver o carro estava quebrado a parte do som e o volante no qual eles dizem que não colocaram as mãos o mais interessante que já reclamei e pra variar houve um descaso e falta de responsabilidade de ambas as partes.
My husband hired the services for a battery change that with a long delay should have been delivered in 02 (two) hours, completion was delivered after 01 (one) week and several differences of information between them and the mechanic, and when returning the car there was a broken part of the sound and the steering wheel on which they say they didn’t put their hands on the most interesting thing I’ve ever complained about and for a change there was negligence and lack of responsibility on both sides.
